locohammerhead · · #15094

or did you do any OC?

locohammerhead · · #15095

which batch? I think I remember seeing a previous batch was having troubles

UPSoft · · #15096

may

locohammerhead · · #15097

Have you tried updating the firmware? There were firmware issues with that batch I thik

locohammerhead · · #15098

those have been resolved since

locohammerhead · · #15099

I don’t have one of their PSUs (I dont trust them personally) so I’m using two of my own. If you dont turn on the hashing boards first and then the controller board you can cause problems that way too

UPSoft · · #15100

1! HB died in each of 5 miners, not entire asic

locohammerhead · · #15101

That tells me its either firmware or PSU related

locohammerhead · · #15102

is it always HB #1

locohammerhead · · #15103

or is it more random?

UPSoft · · #15104

3pcs #2, #1 and #4

rigL3Muba · · #15105

What is wrong with ProHashing this time

locohammerhead · · #15106

hmm yeah try upgrading the firmware if you havent already. If this continues I’d take a look at the PSU as potentially the culprit

vinylwasp · · #15107

It’s always heat. The advice I’ve read is to diasble the auto fan setting and run the fans at >70%, and remove the exhaust air as fast as you can to keep the ambient as cool as possible.

Raab · · #15108

Does anyone use Minera?

UPSoft · · #15109

I made a very good ventilation in the room and hot air from the machines was blown through the pipes right on the street. the room was 25-28*С all for 2 months. machine not heated above 61*C. so it’s not overheating 100%.

Steve Sokolowski · · #15110

hi

Steve Sokolowski · · #15111

time to do some investigating to see what issues there are today, if any

UPSoft · · #15112

there is correction ussues for 07/08

Steve Sokolowski · · #15113

there are so many support tickets

Steve Sokolowski · · #15114

unfortunately, I’m not sure we will be able to get to the tickets until Saturday

UPSoft · · #15115

mine there too

Steve Sokolowski · · #15116

there are some people saying they are 30% off but I don’t see huge profits piling up

Steve Sokolowski · · #15117

so I’m not convinced that payouts are actually 30% off

Steve Sokolowski · · #15118

but I do see one issue that I’m going to work on now

Forum notification · · #15119

Steve Sokolowski · · #15120

going to restart soon with a fix

deltasniper73 · · #15121

whatever you did, good things are happening

mycide · · #15122

the history graph still shows me as hashing at around 50% only graphical bug i guess?

mmfiore · · #15123

Steve what I noticed was that when profits were reduced the hash rate history was showing less than half of my hashrate my miners were showing.

mycide · · #15124

well graphics must be bugged because earning are on par with full hashrate for me. some days some more because how this pool works.

Steve Sokolowski · · #15125

I think so, but you would have to ask Chris that

Steve Sokolowski · · #15126

I know that I fixed some bugs that were causing lost shares today

mycide · · #15127

im sure it will all come together soon, and we can look forward to the next hickup ;) im guessing there is constant develeopment as industry gros/changes.

mmfiore · · #15128

Its not the graphics my low hashing monitor setting is also sending me emails that the hashrate has dropped below 600 mhz and that is a big drop as my machines are running at 2.3 GHZ

mycide · · #15129

hash not hertz :)

mmfiore · · #15130

I tried again today and profits still low

mmfiore · · #15131

sorry meant 600 meg hash

mmfiore · · #15132

the hashing rate did seem to be better today.

mycide · · #15133

static mining show me today earning 100 dollar on litecoin, on this pool im already showing total 115 dollars, and we still got many hours to go to payout.

Forum notification · · #15134

mycide · · #15135

Chris and Steve is making me money making them money, its very nice.

mycide · · #15136

hmm just pointing out might be unrelated but been running at 40-60 rejected shares, now since restart it has doubled.

mycide · · #15137

earnings seem to update proper now, dont think i recollect it moving those numbers faster before.. ^^

nickbrooker1 · · #15138

x11

siberianbreaks · · #15139

Steve Sokolowski wrote: there are some people saying they are 30% off but I don’t see huge profits piling up
That was fixed yesterday

S3KshuN8 · · #15140

I am seeing more stale shares as well. I thought it was due to static diff too high but that doesn’t seem to matter.

Steve Sokolowski · · #15141

I don’t think the stales have anything to do with what was changed

Steve Sokolowski · · #15142

and I’m not seeing a widespread problem

Steve Sokolowski · · #15143

perhaps that’s an issue with your miners?

jabludud · · #15144

@Steve Sokolowski :  Let me test for 1-2 hour and see how it goes. hopefully it’s back earning normal like on the 7th

dc101 · · #15145

So is there a problem or just the diff is up that is why the profit is down? Thanks

siberianbreaks · · #15146

dc101 wrote: So is there a problem or just the diff is up that is why the profit is down? Thanks
Exactly today profit about 0.02btc/ghs

jabludud · · #15147

from time to time I am comparing here and NH, 1 to 1 same hash rate. that’s the only way knowing which one is giving better return

dc101 · · #15148

thanks siberianbreaks.. since I see the profit today is a lot less but still see those live chart moving so I ask..

jabludud · · #15149

Profit approx NH $0.03582/530MH/minute (in the last 15 hours) vs PH $0.02866/530MH/minute (in the last 30 mins)

jabludud · · #15150

lets run for another 30 mins, if no change, then move back to NH

dc101 · · #15151

jabludud what is NH? I am new to miner so a lot of things I didn’t know..

S3KshuN8 · · #15152

I think my stales were being caused by trying to run too high static difficulty. Originally it let the pool find difficulty, but it was setting the Titan to 128k and causing stales in the process. Static 64k was still too high. Will see how static 32k does...

GregoryGHarding · · #15153

anyone getting wrong algorithm errors on shares?

S3KshuN8 · · #15154

a=scrypt or a=x11

GregoryGHarding · · #15155

scrypt

GregoryGHarding · · #15156

im not new here.. lol

mycide · · #15157

running at around 95% 60-80 stales

S3KshuN8 · · #15158

So, reading the help, I came across this: password arguments must be consistent across all miners on a single connection. ... To resolve this issue, use a separate Stratum connection for each mining rig, even if the connections originate from the same IP address.

S3KshuN8 · · #15159

What does that mean for the Titan and L3+ if/when they are all running here at the same time?

jabludud · · #15160

@S3KshuN8 :  looks like 65K is not good, let me know how 32K goes.

S3KshuN8 · · #15161

Still some stales, but I guess you can’t eliminate them completely. I’m still testing for the best setup.

georgiaturtle · · #15162

Seeing most Digibyte solved blocks showing up as Orphaned. That’s a $13 block reward lost.

Forum notification · · #15163

S3KshuN8 · · #15164

Just for shiggles I tried the Titan without h=5 ... aside from taking a full 14 minutes to calculate hashrate, it seems to be working OK. Restart delay is atrocious compared to L3+

wisdomofsol · · #15165

getting D3 feels like winning a lottery

siberianbreaks · · #15166

wisdomofsol wrote: getting D3 feels like winning a lottery
i just bought 7

dc101 · · #15167

haha exactly wisdomofsol, are you be able to get any?

wisdomofsol · · #15168

yea but not 7... id burn down the whole builiding

dc101 · · #15169

wow 7 siberianbreaks.... I am new to miner so scare to get that much

dc101 · · #15170

not sure how this game turn out but I did get some :)

siberianbreaks · · #15171

;)

dc101 · · #15172

just don’t know why the price on D3 drop so much, from $27xx now is only $1500

wisdomofsol · · #15173

dc101 wrote: haha exactly wisdomofsol, are you be able to get any?
yea. im gonna have to figure out how to power all these rigs safely before then

Raab · · #15174

Dc - guessing cause INNOSILICON released their miner and it was over twice the power

jabludud · · #15175

@siberianbreaks :  best for you living near north pole, unlimited cold air to cool down the rigs

jimbo12 · · #15176

everything is all right now? Problems solved?

dronKZ · · #15177

выплат нет

Kazaam819 · · #15178

Выплат так и нет((((

Kazaam819 · · #15179

There are no payments for 4 days, please take measures!!!

mickeekung · · #15180

@Kazaam819 Which coins?

Kazaam819 · · #15181

GAMECREDITS

UPSoft · · #15182

Raab · · #15183

haha, lets keep it at that!

Steve Sokolowski · · #15184

S3KshuN8 wrote: Just for shiggles I tried the Titan without h=5 ... aside from taking a full 14 minutes to calculate hashrate, it seems to be working OK. Restart delay is atrocious compared to L3+
This seems about right. Titans have a horrible restart delay and their advertised hashrate is misleading.

mickeekung · · #15185

Hello Steve wakes up right now.

mickeekung · · #15186

I have the good news for you. BTC price just reach 3500 USD.

Raab · · #15187

i won’t bother getting any second hand...Easier to stick to L3+’s - just difficult getting hold of them!

mironbot · · #15188

Shares are coming in live worker, live balance always freezes for minutes and then continues as usual - no money added for this time. yesterday was all the same and no balance corrections - no profit. no corrections for 09.08 as well!

mironbot · · #15189

@Steve Sokolowski :  investigate please

S3KshuN8 · · #15190

Woke this morning to see two blocks found by my miners. :)

S3KshuN8 · · #15191

Strange though, last night the Titan’s restart delay was ~3 seconds, AntMiners ~0.75 and ~1.5 ... this morning the Titan shows a shorter restart delay than one of the L3+

S3KshuN8 · · #15192

...which of course has already changed.

Sunegg · · #15193

For the first time since the upgrade, I feel like things are starting to look good. :)
