hi Chris, you said delayed shares don’t affect profit data? So although it says on front page "7 minutes ago (last share processed)" the profit data is actually still live and more up to date than 7min?

It does not affect any of the live data. Only the "selected recent shares" and "found blocks" sections of the earnings page. All the live data is either up to date or not shown; it can't be delayed.
Restarting my miners seems to have cleared up the issue for me. Something must have come across from the pool that upset bfgminer, or maybe it’s been connected for too long (over a week straight) and the pool doesn’t like that?

We’ve been applying some optimizations today to handle the influx of miners. It may have affected the live reporting of hashrates; I will look into that. I can guarantee you that the bug would not affect earnings; that is a separate part of the code. You still will be earning the same amount of money even if the hashrate reported is incorrect.

That is our bitcoin address, and I appreciate your generosity, but there’s no need to donate. We appreciate having you and everyone else as customers and the way you can help us most is by simply recommending the pool to other miners. We don’t do a lot of advertising; nearly all of our customers join because of hearing about it from someone else, so we appreciate everyone who recommends us to others.
Restarting the mining server with a change that I think will fix hashrates. Fortunately, this afternoon we applied an optimization in calculating orphan rates that now allows the server to restart in 15 seconds instead of 15 minutes.
Q Chris - is there any chance that the latest change could have messed up Nicehash yet again? Have a look at this graph from the moment of restart (the DEAD spot there is your restart) - I’m in CET timezone so timestamp is probably 6 hours later than you. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2pJAQ ... sp=sharing
@ Chris - please NEVER AGAIN turn an "improvement" loose on the system then go to sleep!! You need to remain available for a while to monitor performance and ensure nothing broken or unexpected issues!!
@ Chris/Steve - what the f’n #&^*!%@# NOW?? Just look at this performance data since the last "improvement" was unleashed! https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2pJAQ ... sp=sharing - INMHO the community needs a clear statement that these endless improvements will take break for a while once the system is stable again, to allow us to have a profitable breather, consolidate profits, and reassure ourselves that we want to remain here! Of course I speak only for myself, but I suspect there are others in the community with similar point of view.
To hell with it, I cancelled my order and will not mine any more at Prohashing until I hear something definitive from Chris & Steve that restores confidence.
What has me so unhappy atm is the fact that a fix was released to the production server then off to sleep. A better approach would be to wait until after sleep, apply the fix and monitor - remaining available to resolve any issues. We’ll probably hear that the fix could not possibly have affected the servers in that way, but it’s coincidence that the issues with NiceHash returned shortly after the restart, not to mention the crashed stats, which may not be related but suspiciously began shortly after the restart.
one of the reasons i joined was the stats. no stats = flying blind. yesterday when this happened i trusted all was ok and stayed on - lost $25 in two hours.
didn’t want to do it it...but i had to cancel 4G X 12 h worth of Nicehash orders because of no Prohashing stats. Orders looked good on Nicehash end but they did yesterday too.
Question about Ether network minimum. Is there any way to lower that since the default payout is lower than the network minimum. There’s no way to cash out early for slow miners.
Even if the site is down for many times, I still believe that this site is the best mining site so please fix the problem because I don’t have other site to mine. I love you Chris and Steve.
i absolutely agree...their model is awesome .... i find nothing else even close .... but it has to run!! we cannot have any downtime whatsoever on stats or mining servers.
Nicehash says OK on mining server, but...... personally i still need those stats to make this work.
In my experience you can lose money on NiceHash quickly if Prohashing servers misbehave. Personally I would wait until an all clear from Chris or Steve and we see from our end that things look normal.

that is a shame, can’t see myself mining without being able to keep half an eye on the balance. Can you make it update maybe hourly rather than every 24hr?
Us NiceHash users can work with that, as the NiceHash graphs provide enough information to judge whether mining is profitable or not. Not sure how lack of live earnings/stats would affect the HW miners though.
WARNING to SOKOLOF brothers!!!! I have been paid twice in Vegascoin same amount... for one day work....I am happy but it might pose a big problem if you pay twice everyone! take care we love you.

I think they fixed this problem because I get paid btc twice last 2 month ago and my balance minus so I need to mine the balance that minus.
there have benn coins with massive buy offers in various coins, do the math and find them one the exchanges, and you can set off an entire chain of events
