No payout

Post by banjags » Mon Oct 13, 2014 8:29 pm

I have been hashing here on and off for a few days now and I have not received a payout. My balances are well above the required amounts. When will my payout occur?

Payouts occur the morning after the balances mature. I looked at your account, and your aged balances only went above the threshold as of today. You can expect all the aged balances in your account to be paid out this upcoming morning.

Hi banjags,

I looked into this issue this morning after the peercoin payouts failed. Whereas before the payouts didn't happen because you were below the payout threshold, this time they failed because we discovered that your payout was below Cryptsy's withdrawal threshold. Therefore, there wasn't enough money in our wallet to pay you, as you are the only person who requested payouts in peercoins.

I can't do it now because we use 2-factor authentication and I don't have access to the phone, but I've asked Chris to overbuy peercoins so that we get above the Cryptsy withdrawal threshold. This afternoon, he'll execute the Cryptsy withdrawal, make sure that you're paid, and add a little more for your trouble.

I apologize for the inconvenience.
