Set a 2nd pool as a backup pool, it may take a minute or two before it can see and connect into prohashing. Sometimes it needs another pool to go to initially before it can see prohashing and connect here to work. Just put in a 2nd pool and then try that.
When you say you cannot connect, on the miner page when you login it says it isn't connected, or when you log into the prohashing.com web page it says no miners on the earnings page?
