I see the "worker history" chart is pretty much "out there" - all the units except the first batch seems to make the graphs look weird, but it does not matter to me if the hash rate is ok. I guess if the machines reboot every now and then it will take some time for the graphs to "catch up" and show the hashrate?
Don't worry about using the Dev pool anymore. We released the code to the production pool, so there is no need to use Dev anymore. CritterDog has seen great success with this new code; it appears that simply re-sending the current difficulty periodically causes these miners to restart or do something that prevents crashing. Put all the units on production.

I'll look at these graphs in a few hours and examine them, but when I looked at your miners a few days ago, everything looked perfect. That's why I asked CritterDog how his were doing, and he also reported good performance.
This must explain why I observed a few restarts over past couple of days but I didn't drop any cards until about 3 hours ago. Had to restart the miner again manually but got it online without a power cycle.

I was just talking with tradewiz and he has a lot of miners, and just a few are exhibiting these symptoms.

I can explain more later after we return home from the hosting location now that the server setup is complete. I asked him if there was a way to underclock the miners that are having problems. If you can, try underclocking the failing miners by 10%. If that works, you'll still be able to make much more than mining straight LTC.

I've just reverted back to 'h=50 d=65536" and have experienced a 10% increase (approx.) in my peak hashrate, but an even larger improvement in the uptime of cards, which is what I really want now.

Steve, I would be interested to know how much profut you thnk I might be loosing by having a static Diff in terms of profitable coins I can't mine?
That was the tradeoff I was choose to make previously by leaving diff dynamic but loosing hashrate through card restarts.

longsnowsm ,I run my B1's at 1200Mhz with 822 Mv and my B2's at 1224Mhz with 826Mv. I just arrived at these values through trial and error.
The B1's are pretty rock solid around 255Mhs (2hr average) with a couple at 270, while the B2's range from around 255Mhs all the way to 320Mhs (2hr average).

I've worked out that it's really useful to keep an eye on the difference between the 5s Mhs average, the elapsed Mhs average and the Total MH per card. If there is a large differential between these values card to card I've been giving that miner a few more Mv which seems to have helped. I'd like to do some real tests (add/remove Mv) and monitor the overall behaviour over a longer period of time but I'll want Minera set up first now I have r0ot.

I've also found that sucking 230cfm of air across the cards USB interface and Voltage regulation components is a bit of a design flaw. If you don't get a lit LED when you power them on this is the first place to clean. If you're lucky air will do the job, and if you need more, IPA and/or a good PCB cleaner works.
