Email support ticket issue announcement

An upgrade to our support system on September 30th inadvertently caused some emails submitted then to help@prohashing.com to bounce back as undeliverable. We have now corrected the issue. If you have tried to contact or respond to PROHASHING customer support through help@prohashing.com at some point since September 30th and did not receive a response, we respectfully request that you resubmit your ticket/response.

We're receiving some emails but not others. For the time being, please submit support requests through the support button in the footer of the PROHASHING website.
