Negative Balance..?

"Your payouts are stopped because you have a coin with a large negative balance. Please mine with the pool to increase your balances above zero. Your payouts will resume once the balances of all coins are positive."

What is this..? Why does it say I have a negative balance and am not being paid out to?
How does this even happen?

I also haven't been paid out FLUX once... the balance is just sitting there?
