Server move complete

We completed the move of this forums and E-Mail server. Both copies were online while DNS was propagating, so some E-Mails and forum posts were lost to the old server, which was recently shut down. If Chris doesn't reply to your message, please send it again.

This new setup should provide much more reliable forum hosting.
