Dogecoin does not receive a reward

I don't get rewards for finding dogecoin blocks. About a year ago, I already contacted support with a similar problem, then I was told that the payment occurs after the block matures and it is worth waiting for the reward. All this time, I periodically monitored and waited for the payment, but did not wait..ok went to another pool. After some time, I returned to prohashing again, hoping that something had changed for the better during this time. But as I see there are no changes. In April, I found 3 dogecoin blocks, and as usual, I did not receive any awards. The very first one was on April 4, it already has 36,878 network confirmations, I doubt that this is not enough for the payment, although the payment was received by the pool as soon as the block was found. I still can't figure out what the problem is.

And in order not to be unfounded, I will add a screenshot of my accruals and calculate the minimum reward for a block in dollars. In April, the minimum price of doge was 0.053, according to the Binance exchange, the reward for the doge block is 10,000 coins, taking into account all commissions, etc.We will take even less than 9,000. In total, we multiply 0.053 USD by 9000 coins, which gives an approximate reward of $ 477. But for April, my maximum reward is equivalent to $ 148 and it has nothing to do with doge. And for a month I found three of them, which clearly does not fit with my monthly earnings in the dashboard. Screenshots are attached below. Please explain what is wrong!?

Dogecoin is a merge-mined coin, and merge mining rewards on the pool are always Full-Pay-Per-Share regardless of the mining mode used. An FPPS share that finds a block has the same reward as an FPPS share that does not find a block.

Thanks for the answer, but I'm mining solo. And in the note of the found blocks at the bottom it says " * Earnings are only distributed for direct mining a Solo Block. All other earnings are paid out per share or per round for PPLNS mining." The screenshot of the first message shows this. Also, when communicating with support, I was told that to get a reward for merge blocks, I need to mine solo.

Yes, what it says at the bottom is exactly what Steve just said. You get Earnings when DIRECT mining a solo block. ALL OTHER earnings are paid out per share or per round for PPLNS mining.

Doge is merge mined not direct mined.

Doge is merge mined not direct mined.

I know what you're talking about. Solo I mine another coin, and doge by merging. The screenshots show everything. When mining on another pool, such problems will not arise, everything is paid out clearly on time and without waiting. I want to get a good explanation for why I can't get what I earned. I think administrators can get all the necessary information from the databases.

You obviously aren't understanding. you will not see the DOGE payout, as it is a merge mined coin it is already being paid out as a PPS share as part of your mining.

No direct mining of doge means no direct doge reward.

Merge-mine coin earnings are always Full-Pay-Per-Share regardless of the mining mode used.

If you are solo mining a coin like Litecoin, the merge-mined coins are still paid via Full-Pay-Per-Share.

https://prohashing.com/help/configuring-miners-at-prohashing#miningmodes

"When blocks are found by a solo worker, the account is credited with 98.01% of the entire value (block reward + transaction fees) for the found block. Merge-mined blocks in solo mode are still paid per share whether you find a solo block or not. In solo mode, customers will notice that they are continually receiving small amounts of earnings in the primary coin even when they haven't yet found find any blocks of the target coin. This is due to others finding merge-mined blocks."

So I’m kind of new to this, if I were to switch my 5 L3+ machines to solo mine litecoin and a doge coin block is found I will not be credited with those those doge coin rewards?
