Live balances now active

Live balances are now released and active. Feel free to comment on the new feature.

The "payout eligible" column may display negative numbers for a few customers until Chris makes corrections in the morning.

Live worker speed was cool ... actually useful. Live balances on the other hand is not. I prefer to see the entire summary like it was, w/o having to click stuff. Also, there is no need to see balances incrementally increase in a "live" manner. The gigantic font I dont like either.

Thats just my take on it anyways =)

Could this be resolved with a simple "expand all" button, which makes all the boxes larger at once but still updates them in real time?
