Avalon 821 Firmware??

Bought 2 used Avalon 821's and can't get them to hash. I've only used antminers up until now so this auc3/controller/converter thing is new to me. I got into the controller and set everything up correctly (I believe) but when I plug them in they spool up and then go into idle and have a constant yellow light on the back. The little converter box has a red light and a green light. Any thoughts?
