Ethash changes deployed

We're pleased to announce that the ethash changes that we previously announced have been deployed.

• Etchash is now its own algorithm.
• The "l=" password argument is now active to limit DAG sizes. Read about that in the documentation for password arguments.
• If you use the "i=" password argument for ethash miners, "l=" will be inferred automatically from the ASIC type.

We were not able to determine the cause of the Ethereum disconnect problems, so that issue is expected to last until at least tomorrow.
