New coins available for payout

We're proud to announce the immediate availability for payouts of HedgeTrade, Maker, PaxosStandard, BinanceUSD, SynthetixNetworkToken, TrueUSD, and KyberNetwork. Steven has been hard at work adding these new coins recently.

These coins continue to move us towards our goal of adding most of the coins in the top 50 by market capitalization.
