How to get a support ticket actioned ?

Hi Guys

I have an open support ticket UST-7116

Last support action was on 11 November, and no replies to my numerous replies since then

I have previously posted here regarding the same issue, but seems like admin deleted the post

I'm not aware of any posts that were deleted, except those advertising universities or which ask trivial questions but the asker never helps anyone else out in return.

No steve, no SPAM from me, all legit

Im referring to my open support ticket as quoted above
Chris just stopped responding weeks ago

its been another 2 odd day's since you explained that you only delete spam from universities
but still, no direct reply and not a word about my support ticking that's been hanging in the air for a month

I asked Chris about this and he said again that he's not aware of any support tickets in "waiting for support" status from that date. There may be some tickets in "waiting for customer" status, in which case you may need to reply to the ticket.

showing that Im waiting for him
