! have 7 antminers. 2 L3+ and 5 L3++ All are up and running in 3 different locations except for 1. You should use the "n=" password argument to set a unique name for each miner. That will allow you to determine which miner is causing the problem if one of the miners has an issue. If you use the same "n=" worker name for two or more miners, then they will have red borders around their boxes in "live worker status" and they will all have the random names that you're seeing.
In regards to the fault light, that's a hardware problem that's not related to Prohashing. The best place to figure out the answer to your question is to contact the manufacturer. With the miners I have, the fault light often indicates that one of the boards in the miner is failing, which means that the failing board needs to be bypassed and the hashrate of the miner will be lower. However, that's only my miners, and you'll have to talk to the manufacturer or read the instruction manual for your specific miner to figure out more about your specific problem.
