Can no longer get to regular support ticket site

I have the same issue
when trying to raise a support ticket here
https://jira.prohashing.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/user/login?destination=portal%2F1

I get "Sorry, your username and password are incorrect - please try again."
(I am 110% sure my username /password is correct)

and "Forgot your password?" does not send me anything ( nope, no firewalls or blockers)
