Increased scrypt payouts by 1%

Chris recently performed a test against litecoinpool.org and found that the payouts for the two pools using the same miner were about equal. Therefore, we changed how conservative our pricing is for scrypt, resulting in a profitability increase of 1% for miners. That increase is now effective.
