Payments not being made...

i think a lot of payouts may have been delayed, i doubt it has to do with tax info, but there could be many reasons. and from my understanding they only send you the info for the form and retain the info if it's needed for legal reasons until it's beyond the statute of limitations and then it's just deleted.
