Payout in ltc only half payement recive

I haw problem with payement in LTC i recive only half payeme t

The same issue halve payment with minus balance in LTC

My balans is -20$

Yep. Same here. Half payout, with a second full payout which never went through, and a negative balance showing.

I see 3 transactions from 19/12/2017 (screen: https://imgur.com/a/E8BMd)

Bottom one - what I should've received (no ID)
Middle one - what I did actually receive (has ID, exactly 50% of the amount on the bottom)
Top one - never arrived (the other 50%, no ID)

+ negative balance on top of that.

Same here. My account activity shows 3 payouts but I only received half of what I was supposed to in my wallet and now my balance is negative.
