Server restart coming

We are going to issue a server restart to add two new mining servers. There will now be four parallel processes on this server, up from the two currently running.

The system is back online now. We have capacity for 32,000 now, so we will keep registrations open for a few more hours.

All new accounts filled?

Edit: created. Thanks.
