Good morning! Two comments for today.
  • We apologize for the support ticket slowdown. Chris is finishing up with JIRA, but had problems with the DDoS protection VPN setup. He needs to import all tickets into the new JIRA setup, and then he will be able to begin resolving them.
  • From now on, the website will be Constance's baby. This part of the system has been neglected for a long time. She'll be taking suggestions and improving it dramatically over the coming weeks, as her initial training finishes up. Look for her in the forums to share your suggestions.
