Not paid and not possible to login anymore

What a disappointment this website

1 : my emails are not answered
2 : yesterday I tried my D3 for about 8 hours but I stopped because my hash rate was under 12GH where is normally is 17.50GH
3 : I mined in total for 14.50 USD but did not receive my payouts
4 : this morning I wanted to login and says invalid username/password but my password is saved and yesterday I logged in a few times

I understand why number of miners is dropping that much -15% in one day

The dashboard in possibilities to get payout in different coins is super, but sad they do not payout and you can not login anymore the second day

just received my LTC ... hope the rest will follow

Yes it's all the homepage fault.. Im disappointed aswell.

1: In 1 day? no you cant expect that.
2: You dont know what you'r seeing is wrong, read internal hashrate, not pools.
3: Yes you did, no there is no payout button, payouts happens once per day.
4: caps? remind you, username, not your email.

No i dont think you are to be honest.

Amount or rigs fluctuations is nothing new and consist of many reasons, where as yours is marginaly represented.

2 : when I was mining here my internal hash rate also dropped, once I changed to my previous pool it went up to normal, so it has nothing to do with my miner, I used the settings I found on the forum. People say, change your settings, but why is this website not saying which are the correct settings you have to use. Make it easy for the clients.
3 : payouts coming in but on different time and BTC still not although I lowered the minimum amount
4 : of course I used the same username , and password is saved so all goes automatically, yesterday I logged in a few times , now it is not working anymore

So many issues here .... unfortunately

My rigs hashrate is the same no matter what pool i go on, so i cant relate to your problem, Pool register hashrate out of work done, and even then it fluctuate over a day on pool, but rig shows average /24h period, my machines are solid.
Payouts is automatic once per day if/when threshold is reached. set threshold above fee, so you dont pay that, if its not payed out one day, it will come the second day. Happens, and no manual payout button.

Im telling you because it's common that you use email when logging in. In this case it's the selected username, and could be an easy mix up.
