although the team does view the forum, the best place to have them made aware of your issue is by submitting a ticket, because regular forum members wouldn't be able to help with this type of account related issue, please go to http://support.prohashing.com, and submit a ticket with all possible details, and you will receive a response once your ticket is reached. if there is indeed share issues with your account, it will be taken care of.
