One of the two share inserters stopped inserting shares due to a bug. The issue has been resolved, and Chris credited balances yesterday.

Not sure I saw a credit. and I noticed it happened again this morning. I keep updating the ticket when I see it

This issue doesn't seem to be resolved, as earnings today again aren't reflecting what profitability has been for most of the day.

I'm not sure what you're asking. Did you enter an invalid wallet address? If so, there's not much we can do, as transactions are irreversible.
