GoldBlock (GB) hasn't paid out.

I have had over the minimum and over the threshold for around 1.5 weeks but it hasn't been sent. It wasn't a big rush, so I waited till things seem to have died down a bit

If you could look into this when you get a chance, I'd appreciate it.
