steve what’s happening with earnings for the 31/01/2021, it’s error from your part, i have already report in the support, but i wich this urgently handled by prohashing. And one more thing, your error say’s something about an error in dogecoin, an i don’t produce dogecoin.

Lupy · · #95533

Any chance you can post, and acknowledge the issue with earnings?

Steve Sokolowski · · #95534

Lupy wrote: Any chance you can post, and acknowledge the issue with earnings?
There was already a message sent to customers affected; the merge mining issue was just an arithmetic error, no money was actually lost and nobody earned less

Steve Sokolowski · · #95535

Since it only affected a portion of customers we did not post a sitewide notice, as it would generate support tickets from people who it has nothing to do with

Hi there Steve, The problem is that in the 31/01/2021 you have only pay 0.00040451 BTC, wich is half of the normal, so i have losshalf my earnings, ca you please review that.

Steve Sokolowski · · #95537

Could you clarify what you’re referring to as the "normal" payout is? You should not expect to earn as much as the previous two days, because the price of dogecoins fell dramatically during those days

I’ve already sent the explanations in the support, for that reason, please respond and i kindly request you to correct my earnings values for the 31/01/2021.

Please review the post at https://forums.prohashing.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&p=27760#p27760. Does that explain your situation?

As i explain you in the support, i only have one script miner, an Antminer L3, that only makes a minor part of the normal earnings... It’s residual..

There are no tickets in the support system that have no replies at the moment; are you sure that you submitted a ticket? If you made a forum post, some community members may help you, but the only way to ensure immediate support is to submit a ticket.

Banished_Privateer · · #95576

I’ve submitted one and it has been set status "waiting for support", I’ve been told by you to wait 12 hours. Now I can’t access the Jira account and I can’t recover password, as if the account got deleted. I still have the entire ticket history on my email as everything is automatically sent on it too. Maybe it’s just some server database issue, that I don’t know but I have difficulty contacting you now. I tried using contact option on the forums as well to "administators" but didn’t get any answer either. My username and email are the same on all platforms, so you can link them as one person.

We’re not aware of any problems that would result in the JIRA system causing an account to be disabled. As to the tickets, Chris reviews tickets from 4pm to 4am EST, so that’s when a response is most likely to be given - thanks!

Banished_Privateer · · #95578

UST-8693 is the ticket ID. I can send all details via email since it’s public forum here. Please look into it, thanks.

Hy there Steve, why did the Payout Threshold, had increase so much?

mikasdjricky · · #95591

In BTC

burek99_ · · #95592

whats with payout threshold for ETC? 0,36?? i mean WTF?? its not some super value coin so it needs to be splitted for lesser payouts.

Banished_Privateer · · #95593

Dogecoin just went up from 100 to 221 LOL. That’s more than double increase and without any notification or announcement.

Banished_Privateer · · #95609

Newbie question, does it matter if the shares I solve have great difficulty? I do get shares with 50-2000GH difficulty with an exclamation mark, but I don’t feel like it has an influence or changes anything.

Steve Sokolowski · · #95610

mo

Steve Sokolowski · · #95611

*no

Steve Sokolowski · · #95612

the difficulty is completely irrelevant to how much you are paid

Steve Sokolowski · · #95613

you get paid more for submitting high difficulty shares, which are rare, or paid less for submitting low difficulty shares, which are common

When looking in that page it shows total miners, it doesn’t specify pplns. Also one of my miners is running sha-256 and it shows 0 miners under that algo

Banished_Privateer · · #95629

The payout threeshold on dogecoin keeps increasing exponentially, first it was 100 doge, then 150, 200, 250 and now reaching 300. It feels a bit like chasing the rabbit.
