Hi there. The pool is reporting dead in the machines, do you know whats happening?

Not sure if it helps. On scrypt, my Innosilicon miners work fine but my Bitmain get duplicate workers. I shifted my antcraps to a different server. All were running A=scrypt with model left undefined.

I’m working on fixing the mining errors right now. Sorry for the inconvenience - I’m working as quickly as possible to restore service.

My balance of the last two days just vanished, it was all in bitcoin cash, the server status says coin is online, but balances all read zero and in my payments it says bitcoin cash is in error. did you balance server fall over as well as the share inserters

Mining should be back online now. The PPLNS data is not lost; it's just a display error. It needs to refresh on the website before it will show normally. As long as your worker is reporting that shares are accepted, then you are being credited for PPLNS despite what the website shows right now.

Chris still not working

Just lost all my asics again, bitcoin cash is now dead an in error, my miners are just going round in circles waiting for the pool. Thats the third reset they coped in an hour., maybe you need to reboot the all your servers. Either that or you have one hell of an isp problem

about 2 mins ago there was a whole three sha s56 coins that where not in error, then about a minute later they went, now bitcoin cash and three other are back but for how long?. And all your share inserters are degraded again. Is it worth continuing or should I just shut down everything till this is fixed ?

I’ve been leaving mine going, but all I’ve been doing is racking up authorization and disconnect errors.

Thats pretty much whats happening to me, they run for a few minutes then die, then reconnect , then die, etc, etc. I run in an always on situation as cycles of warm up and cool down is the quickest way to kill servers , workstations and other HPC devices. I REALLY dont like turning off anything but this is getting crazy

yea me to equihasg just went out too. NaN:NaN codes and my accounts are all shutting down. itds not accepting my username and PW either i just made a second account. I just updated to some Effudd Fw and thought i got bad FW. any idea whats going on?

My guess is they were making upgrades to the system? Last Updated on balances now shows a timestamp

I’m still receiving a message saying that the pool is actively refusing a connection.

and I know that its not on my end because the same config ran fine right before everything was wiped.

The issue should be fixed now. There was a code change that Steve made that was causing all the prices to error out, thus causing connections to be refused for no mining coins being available.

any insight as to where everything I already mined went? every page I’ve checked show no sign of it.

you can contact Binance US and ask them to expedite our applications so that we can get the coin back online - unfortunately, there isn’t anything we can do until 1 of the 6 exchanges to which we’ve applied moves on our application

Hello Since my miner Told me that Expanse reached the DAG size over 4 GB, i tried to change from EXPANSE to Nekonium which DAG should be around 2,45GB but it tells me that the Nekonium is also at 4,16GB which i cant really belive some infos about that ? regards C

Proswitching (Ethash) is having error the whole day. You can see the total hash rate for the pool on status. You will have to configure to mine static coin.

Trying mining ETC if you are using GPU.

Chris is currently working on a PPLNS issue, and we will be working on ethash next

just a friendly reminder that most of the coin errors right now are caused by exchanges not processing our applications

Thanks for the tip but i need to find a Miner Software which i can use for the AMD GPU and ethas if i set ETC to mine i only get some errors that i am using a wrong algo so i would need a good miner first

anyway tells me on any coin that the epoch is too big idk i will wait and see if it is an error by me or prohash

Doge coin Minimum payout is 2,000 max is 1,000????? also shows no workers on my acc.i can restart and they show up for 2 or 3 min then disappear and im not getting any progress. miners are hashing

Once Binance US responds, we can work on more ETH coins

I restarted my miner after a couple years and connect to prohashing servers and can submit shares bu I cannot log in, Has my account been deleted?

The system doesn’t have a feature to delete accounts, so your account could not have been deleted

However, some customers have tried to recover accounts where they didn’t enter an E-Mail address, which isn’t possible because we don’t know where to send the password recovery message to

is it possible your account didn’t have an E-Mail address associated with it?

Because we spend a lot of time mining Digibytes, which are usually more profitable than Litecoins

No, block finding is completely random

The most likely time a block will be found is the current percentage plus 69%

so multiply the block difficulty, and at any given time, you can expect to have to wait 69% of that amount of work to find the next block

We’re not aware of any current issues; Steven issued all payouts last week

I’ve been keeping my ticket actively updated. My miner is reporting over 2k shares accepted but Prohashing only reports 300

I think prohashing only reports shares within the last 2 hours, or at least for individual miners that is.
