Steve Sokolowski · · #95204

ClankTech wrote: Am i the Only One who still cant mine ETC with autoswitching on Prohashing ?
Whether you can do that is dependent on your hardware and software - you need the absolute latest version and need to set some specific commandline flags

Steve Sokolowski · · #95205

the system definitely supports it, but it could be tricky to set your miners up

Well i tried it but the miner showed me the message from Prohashing wrong algo if u have any recommendation i am willing to use it as long it supports amd cards

Our Ethereum client got stuck on an old block for some strange reason, so we’re now re-syncing it. ETH mining, ETH payouts, and ERC20 token payouts will be temporarily paused or delayed until it’s complete.

The hashrate of the litecoin network has also increased, so you would need more hashrate yourself to earn the same amount of money

ETH issues are resolved. ETH and ERC20 payouts have resumed. ETH mining reenabled. Thank you for your patience.

Is anyone still mining ethash on Prohashing? I have moved my miners away since the payouts were 3x lower than normal.

Pitox wrote: Is anyone still mining ethash on Prohashing? I have moved my miners away since the payouts were 3x lower than normal.
Have you joined the Trusted Mining Program? Unfortunately, many of the coins other than Ethereum are less profitable right now, but you can mine Ethereum if you join the program

Pitox · · #95234

Yes, i have joined the trusted mining program. you can see on your estimates page. Please compare your earnings for ethash to those listed on whattomine. they are 3x lower.

Pitox · · #95235

i mean, the estimates with trusted mining active. without trusted mining they are even lower...

Pitox · · #95236

i have switched the miners to ethermine and the rewards are on par with whattomine is showing.

This issue probably resulted from immediately when ETH was restarted after the failing adapter was replaced; the coin needed to get its blocks again

The period had payments that were too high - and Chris will provide 15% above expected earnings for that period

These coins must have gone into error, perhaps because they are on the server with the failing disk. I’ll ask Chris to investigate.

Thabuzzmaker · · #95284

Is it possible to mine ethash/etchash excluding ETH?

Thabuzzmaker · · #95285

With 4 gb cards.

Steve Sokolowski · · #95286

yes, that’s the default

Thabuzzmaker · · #95287

You say its the default, but i got about 2,5 gh 8 gb cards, with i would prefer on eth (Or the most profitable), and about 300 mhash 4 gb cards

Thabuzzmaker · · #95288

How do i seperate them?

Steve Sokolowski · · #95291

You can use the "c=" password argument to select ETH for the cards you want to statically mine ETH

Thabuzzmaker · · #95292

Ok. But if i dont set af static coins, the 8 gb cards will mine the most profitable, but will the 4 gb cards not try to mine ETH too?

Steve Sokolowski · · #95293

Thabuzzmaker wrote: Ok. But if i dont set af static coins, the 8 gb cards will mine the most profitable, but will the 4 gb cards not try to mine ETH too?
If you are a trusted miner, than they will mine the most profitable; otherwise, they will mine the most profitable coin other than ETH

Steve Sokolowski · · #95294

ETH is only available to trusted miners

Thabuzzmaker · · #95295

Yeah, but i started the proces to become a trusted miner yesterday

MinerLuver · · #95297

Steve good day. I would like to suggest adding some more ETHash coins to the pool for more options on profitability
