TRON is a very unstable network and we only review payouts on the coin on Saturdays, so I apologize for the issue. We haven’t been able to determine why TRON keeps desynchronizing from the network. We’ll get this issue resolved on Saturday and you’ll eventually be paid, but if you require quicker payouts, every other coin is paid daily - thanks!
@Steve Sokolowski : sitting there open unfinihsed from over amonth and half ago,and issue dats back to last year.............remmebr you combined a whole lot of my older tickets......
I’ll check, but if I recall correctly, I think we informed you that the tickets were extremely complex issues that would require significant investigation, and therefore would require a long time to research
@Steve Sokolowski : when a network is increasing in difficultly typically that means coins have been found sooner than target block time ........so whats so hard to beleave
Why would my btc payout be lower today? My miners aren’t mining bitcoin specifically so the amount mined of various coins should not have changed with the BTC halving. The price of BTC has not gone up so why are my earnings 1/2 today of yesterday?
I was going to ask the same thing KEBKR. Digibyte, Bitcoin cash and Bitcoin SV were all mining well over 10 cents. There price hadn’t gone down and the halving bitcoin cash, bitcoin sv, already occurred and came back to over 10 cents and had been there for days.
spoon1 doesn’t make sense to me. If this were a dedicated bitcoin mining pool I’d u destined but the miners switch to most profitable coin. We need some clarification on this.
Then please explain why I can look back in my history and see on May 8th I was mining BitcoinSV,Namecoins,Myriadcoins,Blastcoins and made $17.70 that day. Then yesterday I see I was mining roughly all the same coins adding in Digibytes and LitecoinCash in the mix and made $8.58. None of these coins had huge price drops or anything so why the huge change when those coins never changed.
Thats what i am telling you. Not once did i mine Bitcoin. There was no Bitcoin mining. I told you the coins that were being mined. Almost the same coins were mined on both days and it was not Bitcoin. So if only Bitcoin halved and I am not mining bitcoin did the exact same coins

The bitcoin halving caused all SHA-256 coins to decline in profitability, because the hashrate of those other coins doubled to equalize the profits
KEBKR wrote: Btc.com is offering no fee mining for 60 days. Slightly higher profits there now. Does Prohashing match those types of promotions?
As far as I can tell, that site does not switch between coins, so even if mining a single coin paid more, it’s not likely that they pay more than dynamic mining here; also, could you post the page where that announcement was made, since I can’t find it
The upgrade is taking longer than expected due to all the configuration changes needed, but I am very close. I hope to have everything back online in about 12-16 hours
and I know how steve is saying "oh your just a dumb pleb" attitude. But it never did this before the upgrade. I use to just connect and leave it and I never got disconnected like this
I watch the miner log and I never get "new job received" line that should come up for 10 minutes. I mine on expanse and it shows "new job received" line coming in every so often no issues

if you’re referring to the "miner configurator" page, that’s a known issue that we’re investigating now
There’s a problem. I had to restart the miner and now it’s registering shares. The old connection is still showing there so it’s doubled up for the same miner one also showing no valid shares. So earning shave been down for the last day or whatever because the site wasn’t registering the connection properly. If you’re having this issue reboot your miner.
Had a question i have seen a ton of issues on the site being brought out but lack of answers, I myself cannot access the main sites page as it just times out every time...????

we’re not aware of any widespread issues with connectivity, but we’ll be glad to assist you if you submit a support ticket - thanks
Not sure why but when mining on Prohashing’s Ethash algo, the server is ignoring the password entries. For example if I put c=expanse, c=mix, c=nilu or c=callisto I continue to get these errors: Eth: New job #238d22a7 from prohashing.com:3339; diff: 4295MH GPU3: not enough VRAM for DAG epoch 338 GPU4: not enough VRAM for DAG epoch 338 Eth: Reconnecting in 20 seconds...

I’ll look into this issue, as I was investigating another ethash bug that was causing poor luck anyway

What miner are you using? Perhaps it might be better to continue this in a support ticket. I'll try to reproduce the issue once you reply with the type of miner you're using.
Morning. I’m using Phoenixminer 4.9c. They’ve recently released 5.0b but since this one was originally working I hadn’t upgraded since the changes were mainly towards AMD 4gb cards mining ETH/ETC. I’m using Nvidia and focusing on other coins.
spoon1 wrote: Anyone have an Innosilicon A10 working on prohashing. The miner connects but i get all rejected shares.
would you allow us to connect to your miner to try to reproduce the issue and figure out what’s wrong?
I am ok for you to connect to my miner. I replied in the support ticket. Just let me know a time and what I need to do.
OK, I’ll get back to you tomorrow - I think I can set aside Sunday for testing this, so we can decide on a time window when I’ll focus on this one task
Steve, update to this. I switched my nvidia miners over to claymore 15. That miner is working correctly. Only Phoenixminer seems to be ignoring the password arguments.
