please submit a support ticket about this issue, so it can be tracked; I know that there was one other TRON ticket that Chris is working on, and if you submit a ticket he can do both at once

Is there a problem with payout coins? Going into settings and changing payout proportions for coins, only BTC shows up. It is currently not showing any of the other payout coins.

I’m seeing exactly the same thing. I submitted a support ticket about an hour ago.

keydric · · #94043

same, btc is working as backup for now. everything else offline.

mstrozier · · #94044

Turning into more of a bigger issue I think. My live balances has not changed since 10:41:12am Eastern Time. It’s now 2:20pm Eastern Time.

Steve Sokolowski · · #94045

I don’t see any problems and can’t replicate these issues

bitbeans · · #94046

pool is not working? rigs are not connecting and payout coins showing red error.

mstrozier · · #94047

Its now showing. When I look at my dashboard it now shows it’s updated 52 seconds ago. So what happened from 10:41am to 3:50pm today? As right now I’m showing quite a lost in comparison to prior days. Curious on the coins I would have earned in that 5 hour window went. I have a support ticket up with screen shots.

keydric · · #94048

all workers down

mstrozier · · #94049

Same. Here is the error coming up:

mstrozier · · #94050

Authorization failed because the static coin/algorithm combination is in error.

Read https://forums.prohashing.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=7045&p=25784#p25784

gnode · · #94056

yeah I saw that. Looks my earnings are only 75% what they should be and it is not because of failover to the back up pool.

gnode · · #94066

Will there be earnings corrections? My earnings for yesterday were 75% normal. I missing 6 hours of earnings and my miners were not on my fail over pool but were mining on Prohashing.

gnode · · #94067

I am missing 6 hours of earning.

gnode · · #94068

one more try: I am missing 6 hours of earnings.

Steve Sokolowski · · #94069

all share corrections have been calculated and applied

Steve Sokolowski · · #94070

about $1074 was distributed to customers, and then some customers had their payout proportions corrected if they chose that

gnode · · #94071

When were the share corrections applied? I don’t see any change yesterday or today that makes up for the 6 hours of lost earnings.

meinerkey · · #94072

Can I please get a Cardano payout? My ADA is way past the threshold for payout, it’s been 3 days or more.

bitbeans · · #94073

what’s going on with cardano

meinerkey · · #94074

finally paid out my Cardano today, thanks team :-(

S3KshuN8 · · #94075

Could I suggest a change to the "Live Worker" status on this page? SHA-25 is currently listed second. Could this list be ordered by global hashrate (not just Prohashing) first, since you guys seem to like adding algorithms before working out all the kinks on the ones you already have?

You’re welcome to connect using NiceHash miners; however, because NiceHash has not provided support to us and they do not prohibit illegal activities on their platform, we don’t devote time to answer support tickets about NiceHash issues

Placed a support ticket as my Ravencoin payments are not coming through. Was doing fine until today Feb 9th.

mstrozier · · #94104

Also please update your help support ticket. I had to choose a random coin as you do not have Ravencoin listed in the ticket system as a payment coin. However it is listed in settings as a payment coin. Ticket UST-7513

This sounds like a complex issue that is going to require some significant investigation - please submit a support ticket so we can start gathering information and we’ll be glad to help - thanks!

keydric · · #94114

That correction for x16Rv2 seems to have gone overboard, I lost the entire day and my scrypt miner doesn’t do that algo for sure, and im not allocating to raven. Ticket open UST-7523

mstrozier · · #94115

Agreed. They reversed all of my earnings over the weekend. When 80% of my rigs are Ethash, Scrypt and Sha256. I have one rig on XR16v2. Which there is no way that one rig with 1050ti, 750ti, 1650 super could make more than the asic’s and Ethash rig. Something isn’t right.

spoon1 · · #94116

Same here. I had 2 rigs only on Raven and they reversed an entire weekend of payments. This is ridiculous for something they screwed up on and should of been prepared for the fork.

cretinous · · #94117

guys I still haven’t received that TRX payment

spoon1 · · #94118

Join the club. Have put in a support ticket about the ridiculous taking of earnings on algos not related to Raven and have not recieved payout of Tron since Jan 31.

cretinous · · #94119

ive gotten some other trx payments and have since taken it off my proportions, but still missing the big one of over 500 from 1/23. ive never had a problem here so i trust them, just want to get this resolved.

liquidone · · #94120

Really lousy business decisions to yank Raven earnings like that. I had all my rigs plus sent some nicehash on your X16Rv2. Look I haven’t been at Prohash long but I will mine elsewhere if this is the type of stuff I have to look forward to in the future. You should have a percentage of your earnings saved to cover for losses so you don’t piss your clients off like you just did now!

liquidone · · #94121

You should get a couple of Philipino VA’s. They are like $5.00 an hour on Upwork to monitor for this stuff so you don’t have to shaft your clients like you just did.

tiluron · · #94123

hello, X16Rv2 was 5% of my total hashrate and i don’t know why 95% of my earnings have been taken... 2 days without earnings !

ryguy · · #94124

By your own policy, you owe us the RVN money:

ryguy · · #94125

If you are mining correctly and the pool’s software incorrectly credits you with too much money, we will pay you the average earnings for the period plus 15% as an apology for the times that the earnings were incorrect.

S3KshuN8 · · #94126

Been AFK... The best configuration for my rig is to mine Litecoin PPLNS just like Litecoinpool. I’d still like to be paid out according to my PPS proportions. Litecoin can support a lot of trading per day, so why not auto-sell some of it to go to my other requested coins?

Question on a Equihash coin. Will PirateChain be enabled again soon? Noticed this coin is currently in error and for the moment is one of the more profitable coins on equihash.

I apologize for the delay - this ticket is in the queue, and there are 69 tickets remaining

Steve Sokolowski · · #94132

we’re down from 95 tickets a few days ago, so we’re able to reduce the total by a few per day, and appreciate your patience while we work all-out in getting them resolved. When share corrections come up like they did recently with x16rv2, it results in a huge number of tickets, some of which are "delayed tickets," which come in after the issue has been resolved and still require investigation :(

What other things are you referring to?

S3KshuN8 · · #94150

Bottom line is that without payout coin options, Prohashing is not the right pool for me at this time...

Steve Sokolowski · · #94151

why not just choose PPS mining, which will always be more profitable than mining a static coin?

S3KshuN8 · · #94152

My rig is calibrated for LTC, and I cannot run 24/7

S3KshuN8 · · #94153

It’s all too easy to forget that a mining rig is really nothing more than a fast automatic lottery scratcher...

Steve Sokolowski · · #94154

ok, then in that case, why not try "c=" to do PPS mining and use your payout proportions?

S3KshuN8 · · #94155

PPLNS mode is more efficient for mining shorter windows of time than 24hr

S3KshuN8 · · #94156

PPS mode is like a "one size fits all" kind of clothing, whereas PPLNS is for tailor-made mining rigs that are optimized.

Steve Sokolowski · · #94158

PPLNS and PPS mining are actually the same thing to the miners if you use the "c=" password argument; the only difference is how the payouts are calculated

Steve Sokolowski · · #94159

there will be no performance difference between the two for mining

S3KshuN8 · · #94160

Exactly... I need the payout to only arrive when a block hits, but my miner needs to run effectively when I am able to mine, not sit there with an AI guessing which coin will work best for me. I can do that on my own! ....
Steve Sokolowski wrote: the only difference is how the payouts are calculated

I was referring to the trx payout schedule. Is that still having problems with nightly payout not working?

they told me its best not to use TRX right now. I got paid but they advised a different coin until they let us know

Forum notification · · #94165

Steve Sokolowski · · #94166

You can receive TRON payouts no problem - but the coin is unreliable and keeps desynchronizing from the network for an unknown reason, and we’re only guaranteeing a weekly payout with TRON

Steve Sokolowski · · #94167

so there’s no reason to stop earning TRON, unless you absolutely need money immediately
