@steve sokolowski yeah "convinced" no one mining on 144_5 cause its broke as hell. I could finally connect now, no matter what --pers i set it says "im using invalid equihash parameters"

got it set 144_5 algo..theres no --pers auto..so i have to declare static coin i want to mine and proper --pers for that coin as well

since server declined my --pers of auto

not sure how the heck your telling me its fine on your end with testing

That sounds like you’re not mining the right algorithm; I can’t reproduce that issue

This sounds like a configuration error; I plan to work on cryptonight in a few hours, once I’ve resolved some issues with Digibyte

It’s pretty amazing, isn’t it? x11 used to earn more than a dollar per day at one point before the D3s flooded the market

last time you posted here you forgot the --pers string...i cant even connect to the pool unless i put --pers BgoldPoW or --pers BitcoinZ

we’re still working on some issues with the algorithm, but we have been delayed by a problem with digibyte block confirmations that was reported yesterday

@steve sokolowski. Wow thats super weird why you dont have --pers. I was able to connect and submit accepted shares with EWBF but it looks like im not earning anything. Im watching my earnings and it looks like im trying to earn litecoin as the timer keeps resetting every 60 seconds but my balance is not actually going up

so looks like your 144,5 is indeed broken

even tho im not set to payout in litecoin

so you better look into that or actually pay someone to test/check it as theres no getting through to you about it

OK, that’s a different issue, then - the reports I heard were that people were unable to connect to equihash 144,5, so we spend all our time trying to reproduce that and could not

now that we have specific information, we’ll be able to investigate further - thanks

next time, please submit a support ticket about the issue so that it won’t get lost

after some research, I was able to come up with an idea, but it will require a mining server restart
