I don’t understand what the link has to do with the question - please submit a support ticket and that way Chris will be able to look into the issue

PolakCrypto · · #89635

alim · · #89636

anyone else having problems getting T9s to connect?

alim · · #89637

finally connected

JonSmith · · #89638

@SteveSokolowski why do I get credit for some blocks and some no credit, if my c=Coin

CSZiggy · · #89639

@JonSmith :  when you mine a very easy low difficulty coin, you find blocks too fast with enough hashing power. if you and 5 others all find them in the same period of time, 1 gets credit, the other 4 get stale shares as they were already submitted and the stales were old and not counted.

CSZiggy · · #89640

cherry picking the top coin or the low difficulty coins gives less payout due to stales than if you were on a longer coin making shares all the time.

JonSmith · · #89641

CSZiggy wrote: @JonSmith :  when you mine a very easy low difficulty coin, you find blocks too fast with enough hashing power. if you and 5 others all find them in the same period of time, 1 gets credit, the other 4 get stale shares as they were already submitted and the stales were old and not counted.
cool thanks, I was just wondering why in my password argument I have c=Zcash and I found a block but didn’t get it credited?

alim · · #89642

@JonSmith you also need the m=solo command to solo mine and get the full value of a block less fees.

CSZiggy · · #89643

correct otherwise you are still just in PPS mode and static mining a coin, so same rewards, probably lower than if you were not static mining 1 coin.

Steve Sokolowski · · #89646

Could you explain more?

alim · · #89647

It has sorted itself out, but at one point I was getting around 124 MH for an L3 when the Antiminer screen showed just under 600mh

alim · · #89648

Thank you for checking

What is Forfeited Balance? Why is the money deducted?

CSZiggy · · #89650

well, with tonights 10% slide on prices, think Im shutting off the miners I had left running. Good luck all, see you in December!

citronick · · #89651

pointed a few Quark ASICs to the port 3340 today

Steve Sokolowski · · #89652

hikan2 wrote: What is Forfeited Balance? Why is the money deducted?
The most likely cause is that you clicked the "forfeit" button to the right of the coin’s name on the "Settings" page; feel free to submit a support ticket if you are still confused

Probably sometime in November

Steve Sokolowski · · #89656

Still on target as before

Rexmint · · #89657

Has the pool found an ETH block yet? A easy way to view pool blocks would be nice

hobospices · · #89658

how will cryptonight work? will it be cryptonight v7 or asics?

Steve Sokolowski · · #89659

Rexmint wrote: Has the pool found an ETH block yet? A easy way to view pool blocks would be nice
No, because other coins like Whalecoin have been much more profitable, and therefore we haven’t been mining ETH very often

Forum notification · · #89660

Rexmint · · #89661

Steve, if we haven’t gotten an ETH block then the 40 to 60% of the time we are mining ETH is the pool just going ahead and paying us for shares in anticipation of getting a block?

Rexmint · · #89662

Also for ethhash; in claymore can we set difficulty in the password arguments for ethhash d=4, what would be the value for 16MH, typically it’s 4MH

citronick · · #89664

Steve - pls see my support ticket UST-5186. Thanks

Aramis · · #89665

Yes; and sometimes it works the other way, where many more ETH blocks than expected will have been found but miners earn the same

Zcash coin down? What’s up?

GregoryGHarding · · #89671

Commercium (Equihash) ?

dragonbyte_llc · · #89672

Do we have all the Equihash coins we can yet? re: https://coinguides.org/equihash-coins/

dragonbyte_llc · · #89673

There is also Commercium and Anon.

dragonbyte_llc · · #89674

The ones that forked are BitcoinGold, SnowGem, SafeCoin, and BitCoinZ. Perhaps they’ll come back now that ZCash apparently isn’t forking.

Rexmint · · #89675

Can I solo mine a coin (not btc) and get paid in btc when I find a block? Ex; c=coin,m=solo but set payout to 100% btc?

Rexmint · · #89676

Steve is okay to have multi accounts? Reason I want is; diff Lagos, testing rigs <- mainly this. Feature request; time worker online last 24h, worker went offline last at, just more access to info on your workers as rigs go down

Rexmint · · #89677

Going to create 2 more accounts to test rig configs vs each other; if not allowed just let me know

CSZiggy · · #89678

Rexmint wrote: Can I solo mine a coin (not btc) and get paid in btc when I find a block? Ex; c=coin,m=solo but set payout to 100% btc?
NO. solo mining is paid out in the coin you were solo mining.

zafar177 · · #89679

@steve sokolowski have you considered adding Blake 2 and decred ASICS?

CSZiggy · · #89680

I think they looked into Blake2B before but not enough coins to switch to make a profit on. Would anyone move from 3 percent pool fees to here for 5% fees with the same profit? why?

CSZiggy · · #89681

and with almost every coin finding stales all over the system, seems like the pool has bigger issues to address today.

greenhorn0815 · · #89682

BTC payouts stuck?

scrypt errors / server errors in progress

greenhorn0815 · · #89684

kk

cloaker · · #89685

from a steady 99% efficiency rating to 80%.....hashrate according to site is down 20% but my miners are perfect on this side

cloaker · · #89686

this is my assertion, i have yet to see the site cop to anything

cloaker · · #89687

they are playing with settings cuz the hash rate was abnormally high over the last 18 hrs and now scrypt is in the shitter.....you can always tell

cloaker · · #89688

hash rate high RE: sha-256.. = back to normal now , scrypt is the issue now

cloaker · · #89689

since the pool hash rate [ main page- charts ] reflects the issues as well they can move into troubleshooting

cloaker · · #89690

finally it should be noted ’only’ scrypt ’ blocks are being found

cloaker · · #89691

or i suppose its possible that scrypt is only being displayed but rather doubtful, issues galore today

cloaker · · #89692

we authorize the site to go ahead and waive fee’s today, thnx

suykast · · #89693

scrypt has alot of reject, yes its still mining but with problems, moved the miners to litecoinpool until tomorrow

suykast · · #89694

neoscrypt doesnt connect at all, neither via proxy

cloaker · · #89707

you submit a ticket

http://i68.tinypic.com/6hkf9i.jpg - YOUR ISSUE CONSTANTLY

cloaker · · #89710

or possibly you feel we are inferior and cannot interpret data on on both sides...well we certainly don’t leave it soley to you

cloaker · · #89711

when people start seeing any gains here are quickly nullified with constant , site wide ,far reaching issues the doors you use to leave will quickly begin to close....mining is not glorious enough for constant hyassel ans you have damn near started making talking points to support this. the condescension is beneath you

cloaker · · #89712

2 cents

Steve Sokolowski · · #89713

the system was restarted for 2 minutes to enable support for ethash e3 miners

cloaker · · #89717

just look at the front page/charts/pool hash rate/scrypt.........when it goes down it is a direct reflection of the state of things..when we are saying shit has gone south you can see it there

cloaker · · #89718

if i can they can they just tend to be full of shit from time to time here

cloaker · · #89719

submit a ticket my ass...tell me why we should stay- get your stuff together

hobospices · · #89720

Anyone manage to connect an e3 yet?
