Okay so if I want to send my LTC directly from PH to my ledger on Segwit, I need to use that converter with my segwit address and then use the address it gives me as the payout address in PH?

Yes! I just did, and PH accepted the new address. I’m not sure what the reason is that the daemon doesn’t accept the M addresses, but apparently the same private key will allow you to spend money in both equivalent addresses

Thanks Steve, any idea on what’s happening with the payouts?

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone else has had this problem? My payout was withdrawn from my account but i payment did not received it and there is no ID for the payment.
sharpblunt007 · Sun Dec 17, 2017 02:14 PM UTC · #61383
@ John Jay yea we are having similar issues, what currency was it? Mine was ETC
John Jay · Sun Dec 17, 2017 02:14 PM UTC · #61385
its good to know im not the only one
sharpblunt007 · Sun Dec 17, 2017 02:16 PM UTC · #61386
Yea I’ve had VIA and ETC paid out but not reflecting in my wallet
John Jay · Sun Dec 17, 2017 02:18 PM UTC · #61387

My btc payout is not in my wallet either and no tx id

Hey, I need some assistance with alerts from the system. Is this the right place?
shtrudel · Sun Dec 17, 2017 02:32 PM UTC · #61390
I configured alert to send me email if the miner hashing less than 500Mh/s but I am not getting emails
sharpblunt007 · Sun Dec 17, 2017 02:32 PM UTC · #61391
Yea no transaction info either
shtrudel · Sun Dec 17, 2017 02:33 PM UTC · #61392
I checked the junk mailbox, but there is nothing there
sharpblunt007 · Sun Dec 17, 2017 02:33 PM UTC · #61393
Shtrudel, that’s gonna be a tough one, as there’s your actual hashrate and your accepted hashrate
shtrudel · Sun Dec 17, 2017 02:34 PM UTC · #61394
So, how do you recommend to setup the alerts
sharpblunt007 · Sun Dec 17, 2017 02:34 PM UTC · #61395
And I dunno which one it emails you based on
shtrudel · Sun Dec 17, 2017 02:34 PM UTC · #61396
Just to make sure the miner is running
sharpblunt007 · Sun Dec 17, 2017 02:35 PM UTC · #61397
There should be an option to get an alert if the rig goes offline or disconnects, I’m not sure I haven’t set alerts to test as I monitor my machine
shtrudel · Sun Dec 17, 2017 02:35 PM UTC · #61398
OK, thanks! I will try that.
shtrudel · Sun Dec 17, 2017 02:39 PM UTC · #61399
I see profitability, total hashrate and accepted shares... I don’t see online/offline alert option

hello I am a newbie and wanted to connect my ant miners L3 and Dashminer to the prohashing pool, can anyone walk me through the process. I have set up an account. Just need to know with the miner how to attach or connect with the preheating account. not clear. thanks,

pro hashing haha not preheating although that works well with baking!

Wanted to open a ticket about the payout issue (balance emptied but no trace of transaction, blockchain doesn’t know a thing about it) but my PH credentials doesn’t work with the jira site. U guys are funny, one set of credentials for the main site, one for the forum and another one for the jira site? Come on!

@Steve Sokolowski what do you mean payments aren’t late? My payout threshold is set to 0.1 and I have almost a 0.5 balance. Granted im new here but it seems I am due for a payout yesterday.
mullick · Sun Dec 17, 2017 06:10 PM UTC · #61429
"Payout will occur once threshold is exceeded." Does this mean the pool has a threshold? Because I crossed mine over 24 hours ago
dottat · Sun Dec 17, 2017 06:11 PM UTC · #61430
more than likely they haven’t gone to exchange yet and they don’t have the coins to pay us
dottat · Sun Dec 17, 2017 06:11 PM UTC · #61431
so that little timer near the payout amount is to give you an idea of the max time to wait
dottat · Sun Dec 17, 2017 06:12 PM UTC · #61432
in terms of LTC the balance amounts are held far too long to begin with when other sites payout every 2 hours (as long as threshold is met).... Same practice as nice hash and you see what that got them. PH is US based so if they get robbed of a days hold you better believe there will be lawsuits to cover those funds.
mullick · Sun Dec 17, 2017 06:15 PM UTC · #61433
@dottat Thank you for the info. I did not know we had to wait past the threshold for payments
mullick · Sun Dec 17, 2017 06:18 PM UTC · #61434
I am not interested in mining somewhere that doesn’t have at least daily payouts. Too much risk for me after I lost a week of mining revenue from nicehash. If that ever changes I’ll try PH again

oh it’s daily here but my point was for LTC etc it should be more than daily
dottat · Sun Dec 17, 2017 06:29 PM UTC · #61437
they shouldn’t let balances accumulate to what they do
dottat · Sun Dec 17, 2017 06:29 PM UTC · #61438
they are putting themselves at extra risk

One thing i have definitely learned from becoming a miner: People don’t know how to have patience or common sense. And when they are told to wait, or do something specific, they do the opposite, 99% of the time.
