PeterAnjos · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:17 AM UTC
and shes like.. no i dont think soo.. one was loud enough...
deathlessdd · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:17 AM UTC
My wife made me put mine in basement she wouldnt let me sleep with them
PeterAnjos · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:17 AM UTC
I have to move mine in basement but I need to get a 50 foot ethernet cable
deathlessdd · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:18 AM UTC
She said I dont wanna hear anything
deathlessdd · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:18 AM UTC
eh im ok my fiber line is in my basement so
PeterAnjos · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:18 AM UTC
lol how bad will it kill the speed
deathlessdd · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:19 AM UTC
its like using dial up speed
PeterAnjos · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:19 AM UTC
I meant like since its running on a longer ethernet cable
deathlessdd · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:20 AM UTC
its up to like 205 ft or something
PeterAnjos · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:20 AM UTC
one l3 i was making 16 a day here
PeterAnjos · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:20 AM UTC
I like this interface better tho
PeterAnjos · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:20 AM UTC
so going to run both on here.
deathlessdd · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:20 AM UTC
Price of litecoin is all over the place
PeterAnjos · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:20 AM UTC
i was on litecoin for 3 months on one d3
FastCashMining · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:21 AM UTC
I have just purchased an l3+ for 4600 and dont think i will ever see profit
PeterAnjos · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:22 AM UTC
Some kid had 2 locally here
deathlessdd · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:22 AM UTC
i wouldnt pay 1000 for it now
FastCashMining · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:22 AM UTC
Yea.... Probably need to just sell it.
PeterAnjos · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:22 AM UTC
then 2300 for second one since I came back
deathlessdd · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:22 AM UTC
I kinda learned my lesson buying my D3s
deathlessdd · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:22 AM UTC
costed me more in customs then it cost for machines
deathlessdd · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:23 AM UTC
I mean its not the best profits but I was able to lower my power costs so i make more
PeterAnjos · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:23 AM UTC
How did you lower power costs
deathlessdd · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:23 AM UTC
Lower the voltages for each chains
FastCashMining · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:24 AM UTC
doesnt that lower the hashing rate too?
deathlessdd · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:24 AM UTC
but 500mh isnt gonna hurt that much
deathlessdd · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:24 AM UTC
but i can do 17000gh @780watts
deathlessdd · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:25 AM UTC
Still experimenting with my firmware
deathlessdd · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:25 AM UTC
with cgminer 4.10 i get more hashing
FastCashMining · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:26 AM UTC
Interesting.... I am still trying to figure how to update from 4.9 to 4.10
deathlessdd · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:27 AM UTC
you have to take the newest cgminer release and complile it with bitmains setup for D1
deathlessdd · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:27 AM UTC
and pick and choose what you want the cgminer to support
deathlessdd · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:29 AM UTC
and you need to compile it on ubuntu
FastCashMining · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:29 AM UTC
So youre one d3 is hashing at almost 20th/s?
DopeAbsurdity · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:29 AM UTC
anyone else having the "none of my miners are showing up" fun stuff happening to them again?
DopeAbsurdity · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:30 AM UTC
I mean they are mining but just don;t show up on the live worker status
greaseman316 · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:31 AM UTC
question dope???? what browser u using????
DopeAbsurdity · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:32 AM UTC
you mean 20 gh/s right? -- most of them shipped in the october batches can run at or around 20. all mine came clocked at 19.5 I turned them down to 18 GH just becuase of power costs killing profitability
greaseman316 · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:34 AM UTC
no joke what browser???? i have been trying my best to recreate the issue and i keep finding it is browser issues otherwise i cant recreate
greaseman316 · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:34 AM UTC
do you have any others as well that you use
greaseman316 · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:36 AM UTC
why i ask. my live status drops out when i load up exchange along with the bloody million others i have open
greaseman316 · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:36 AM UTC
when i close some out they reappear
deathlessdd · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:36 AM UTC
I havent had any issues with it
deathlessdd · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:37 AM UTC
soon as my miners connect it shows up instantly
DopeAbsurdity · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:37 AM UTC
Doesn;t work on Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge either (just checked cuz... why not)
DopeAbsurdity · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:38 AM UTC
If I reboot them they will show back up... just so much effort and I am fairly certain they ar mining, balances going up
greaseman316 · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:38 AM UTC
i got running on chrome and mozilla now same time 2 different accounts
deathlessdd · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:38 AM UTC
if balance goes up it should show it on the live status
DopeAbsurdity · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:39 AM UTC
ya like I was saying that is fine, it’s just the miners now showing up
greaseman316 · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:39 AM UTC
it should be ok i wouldnt worry
FastCashMining · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:39 AM UTC
My balance is going up but it doesnt show a miner connected. Been like that since this morning.
greaseman316 · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:39 AM UTC
but windows does strange crap with browsers
deathlessdd · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:40 AM UTC
making its a lagging in the browser
greaseman316 · Fri Dec 29, 2017 03:40 AM UTC
well no problems her on opera here either
