You can contact an admin under the contact tab on prohashing website. This will allow you to submit a ticket

ok this is weird. I have one log in for my miner, a different log in for this. Do I need to sign up for contacting an admin as well?

Correct. You will use separate accounts. You can make it the same credentials of course.

I assume it is not needed (anymore) to submit a ticket to tell that today’s LTC payout has not arrived and does not show a transaction ID, since it seems to be a general issue for a lot of users?

If the PH algorithm is supposed to be mining the most profitable coin, you would assume that the daily profit would be better then mining straight LTC. Is anyone noticing that based on the calculators an the actual payout that its the same?

@Steve, what is the dollar panel in "Live Balances"? I remember seeing it after I added the dollar payout option but do not remember mining for more than a few minutes with it set. Is there a way to transfer the US funds over to the Litecoin payout and not have the panel show?
