Our electricity is about $0.16 per KwH

mycide · · #19732

anyone with an L3 today will most likely not worry abour ROI question is if it will be as nice as the titan was ;) prob not. ever again.

S3KshuN8 · · #19733

I can see my Titan, but the pool seems to be having a hard time accurately measuring its hashrate. ;)

mycide · · #19734

pool never managed to tell me that always just calculating, for days and weeks ^^

Steve Sokolowski · · #19735

nicehash wasn’t the source of any problems

Steve Sokolowski · · #19736

that was rumors spread by somebody

S3KshuN8 · · #19737

I know why though, for mine...

mycide · · #19738

also had a gulden block found while back like 50 confirmations on it, still says immature.

S3KshuN8 · · #19739

you say rumor, I say speculation, you say inaccurate, I wait to hear the rest...

S3KshuN8 · · #19740

tomato tomatoe

Broederbit · · #19741

Steve how do you calculate the electricity on the total earnings chart, cause it isn't quite adding up to my calculations, but it isn't a hiccup, just looked at it for interest sake

mycide · · #19742

@Steve any reason why live workers graphic wouldnt work? it just stopped loading in and tells me i got 0 rigs. my rigs hashes away happily.

simonjbcmm · · #19743

hello friends - I’m new here. I’m wondering about payouts. I have connected my PH with Coinbase and my dollar earnings show that I have exceeded the eligible payout threshold. It’s been about a day since I exceeded it. When you do usually receive your payout? Do they suspend payouts on the weekend?

simonjbcmm · · #19744

*when do you usually*

S3KshuN8 · · #19745

the day after you see the check mark usually

mycide · · #19746

Payout usually happens once a day, sometimes get delayed for osme reasons but rarely more then a day.

mycide · · #19747

payout time is fluctuating, and if you passed the daily payout when reaching it, you will be kicked back for one day. no way of manual payout. if it doesnt pay out for several days, tell Steve or Chris.

Broederbit · · #19748

E(kWh/day) = P(W) × t(h/day) / 1000(W/kW); Cost($/day) = E(kWh/day) × Cost(cent/kWh) / 100(cent/$)

mycide · · #19749

jay graphics are back!

Broederbit · · #19750

do you guys use that equation

simonjbcmm · · #19751

has anyone used the coinbase linkage feature?

mycide · · #19752

i dont use equation, knowingly.

mycide · · #19753

i use coinwars and i input my information and let the computers to the thinking.

Broederbit · · #19754

lol my statement was aimed at steve, for how they calculate the electricity costs on the total earnings chart

mycide · · #19755

:P

mycide · · #19756

thought you tried some fancy homebrew of calculating profits ;) i see now that its not, but i dont really pay attention to math. it bores me sadly, as it is very intruiging language.. well cant like everything ;)

Broederbit · · #19757

because my actual cost is more than double the value they give, its nothing really, dont want to waste your time with small nonsens, but if its a quick copy paste with the correct formula go for it :)

mycide · · #19758

agreed, its not showing right at all.

mycide · · #19759

btw i was trying to solo mine eainsteinium but it would just fail over to backup pool and it only does that if coin is not existing, i checked spelling and tried both einsteinium and emc2 and Einsteinium. anyone can advice?

simonjbcmm · · #19760

hello friends - has anyone ever purchased ASIC miners from China via the Alibaba market? If yes, what has been your experience?

Broederbit · · #19761

@mycide :  I dont see it listed on prohashing live coin status, you sure they mine it here?

Gr33k · · #19762

anyone else notice BCC seems to not be working?

Broederbit · · #19763

bcc back on, it had an error on live coin status saying something like buying/selling of this coin could result in slippage....

Gr33k · · #19764

hey yeah it just started working again

Gr33k · · #19765

coooool

mycide · · #19766

@broederbit i think so atleast i got payouts in einsteinium and pool mined them atleast it did.

mycide · · #19767

like 3 hours since i found gulden block still immature. over 50 confirmations thou.. would like to know timeframe for this coin or if its an error like pool had while back on solo crediting blocks.

joecolmenaresv · · #19768

simonjbcmm wrote: hello friends - has anyone ever purchased ASIC miners from China via the Alibaba market? If yes, what has been your experience?
Be careful

halfdime · · #19769

is this pool really more profitable than nh if its stable

Forum notification · · #19770

has started a new topic: Registration

peepeepool · · #19771

Gulden takes awhile. 3-5 hours.

ru55ian · · #19772

pool shows dead for my miners.... are we being banned?

srossman · · #19773

I don’t think anyone’s banned.. but I’m having the same issue. All my miners are connected to my backup pool.. no connection to PH. Not sure what’s happening.. I’ve been gone all day and just got home to see it now

mycide · · #19774

Be careful
i did and lost money, 2 bags of concrete showed up...

Yapudan · · #19776

Looking like a 32$ day per L3+ On the low side. Highest I had was last week 49.89

veesix33 · · #19777

guys am new here, but I know good things are happening her, I need help please

joecolmenaresv · · #19778

Is Bitmain selling more L3+ tonight?

joecolmenaresv · · #19779

I am asking because their website is very slow at the moment just like when they are releasing a new batch. I will stay awake just in case. This is how I have been able to purchase miners in previous batches

srossman · · #19780

Hey guys. Is anyone able to connect to PH right now? I’ve been offline here for hours and my miners are all on their backup pool. Anyone have any updates?

fire3916 · · #19781

srossman wrote: Hey guys. Is anyone able to connect to PH right now? I’ve been offline here for hours and my miners are all on their backup pool. Anyone have any updates?
I’ve been live since 4PM with no issues

srossman · · #19782

Strange.. then I have no idea what’s going on. I read in the thread that things were supposed to have stabilized..

fire3916 · · #19783

As far as I know, they stabilized it. I have seen many reports of ppl having to do a cold restart of their miners to get them to connect throughout the timeframe of 2PM to 3:15PM. I would try that and see if it improves

jimbo12 · · #19784

Yesterday’s earnings with L3 + .. $ 28 .... very low.

srossman · · #19785

good call. I actually rebooted my modem, router and then miners. Looks like it may have been a DNS issue since Chris and Steve moved the server today

fire3916 · · #19786

jimbo12 wrote: Yesterday’s earnings with L3 + .. $ 28 .... very low.
Yes, they were. But considering that Chris and Steve have been doing a lot to keep miners active and making several adjustments throughout today, it should come as no surprise earnings were low. Think positive and tomorrow will be a new and better day for all at PH

fire3916 · · #19787

srossman wrote: good call. I actually rebooted my modem, router and then miners. Looks like it may have been a DNS issue since Chris and Steve moved the server today
Did you flush your DNS? Several folks did and it helped the,

fire3916 · · #19788

them

srossman · · #19789

Never tried flushing DNS to resolve a mining issue.. just flush the dns from a command line on any pc on the network?

fire3916 · · #19790

Yes

fire3916 · · #19791

Anything is worth a shot to get the miners reactivated. I ended up doing it last night at work and somehow that got my miner reconnected when there was an issue around 2AM

srossman · · #19792

I’ll give it a shot

srossman · · #19793

I was connected there for about 2 minutes.. then they dropped back to their backup pool. I’ll try the DNS flush

fire3916 · · #19794

There was no change to the stratum so if you have stratum+tcp://prohashing.com:3333 set for the #0 pool you should be good after the DNS flush

fire3916 · · #19795

I’m not going to be on much longer. I’m riding on 3 hours of sleep in the last 2 days due to being mandated at work so best of luck on getting the miner to work tonight. DM me if you need further assistance but I probably won’t get back to you until tomorrow morning.

srossman · · #19796

appreciate it. Thanks for the help. I’ll know if it worked in about 2 minutes :)

fire3916 · · #19797

Welcome.

srossman · · #19798

no such luck. Still dropping back to backup pools

hashingpro · · #19799

@sross any luck?

hashingpro · · #19800

as far as the lag at bitmain, they just sent out Emails for the next batch shipping, so people probably logged in to check how many more they had coming, which all shipments have shipped, etc, etc

srossman · · #19801

hashingpro.. no still no luck. Can’t figure this out for the life of me

hashingpro · · #19802

L3+s right?

srossman · · #19803

no Titans

hashingpro · · #19804

all

hashingpro · · #19805

ahhh

hashingpro · · #19806

were you able to flush the DNS?

hashingpro · · #19807

or log into the router and set the DNS to be google instead of your ISP?

hashingpro · · #19808

i found that alone can help a lot

hashingpro · · #19809

8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

srossman · · #19810

strange stuff happening. If I cold boot my entire network and then bring up a miner.. it connects and hashes for 60 seconds maybe. Then drops to backup pool.. but still reads on PH website as connected as "calculating hashrate"

hashingpro · · #19811

i have 2 titan rigs and so far 3 of my L3s are in

hashingpro · · #19812

I had a bit of trouble connecting when I moved stuff to its new home tonight, but after making the L3s static they connected, then I rebooted the titans and so did they.

joecolmenaresv · · #19813

hashingpro wrote: as far as the lag at bitmain, they just sent out Emails for the next batch shipping, so people probably logged in to check how many more they had coming, which all shipments have shipped, etc, etc
I see, it is just that the lag is only at their Products page

srossman · · #19814

I’ve tried just about everything.. Don’t know what’s left that I can throw at it

rudybit · · #19815

does doing a dns flush have to do with low payout today, or flush only if connectivity issue?

hashingpro · · #19816

something is still way off on the shares, I have 3 L3s going at 500 each, but only being recorded at 500, 370, and 470

srossman · · #19817

only if connectivity issue

hashingpro · · #19818

connectivity

hashingpro · · #19819

if you are on you are getting the payout, if you cant connect then you need to flush it to get the updated address to reach the new site its hosted on

rudybit · · #19820

got it.

srossman · · #19821

that’s exactly what I tried doing.. but no such luck. Flushed the DNS at a WIndows PC... again on a Mac PC.. cold boot modem.. cold boot router.. cold boot switch.. cold boot miners.. nothing..

hashingpro · · #19822

what DNS is your router using?

srossman · · #19823

Providers

hashingpro · · #19824

can you alter it?

hashingpro · · #19825

point it to 8.8.8.8 and backup 8.8.4.4

hashingpro · · #19826

see if using the google DNS is updated to the new hosting site resolution

hashingpro · · #19827

vs your ISPs DNS just may not have updated so it cant find the address that moved and isnt there anymore

hashingpro · · #19828

mine all got knocked off to 2ndary pools

hashingpro · · #19829

titans and L3s

whitenoise · · #19830

guys, anyone have low profit for last day?
