I see the 100% efficient working miner miner. However, gains not yet credited, I hope they will be up to date soon

Steve Sokolowski · · #14693

they might not be credited until we fix the underlying cause

Steve Sokolowski · · #14694

which will be a few hours

Steve Sokolowski · · #14695

we want to determine exactly how much they are off by

davidang22 · · #14696

I have made a small percentage of coins today. My miners are at 100% efficiency, and I did not see any recent alerts. Did something happen in the last 12-16 hours?

mickeekung · · #14697

@daviaang22 Right now. Everything extremely fine.

siberianbreaks · · #14698

its not fixed yet, i just checked and im about 30% below normal profitability

Steve Sokolowski · · #14699

that sounds about right

Steve Sokolowski · · #14700

we’ll get those corrected later tonight

siberianbreaks · · #14701

nice steve :)

_asdf · · #14702

I see a small credit to my account balance, but it is not all of it

_asdf · · #14703

Is that going to be updated?

fernip0w · · #14704

@Steve Payout eligible is frozen...would be nice to get a formal update post so I know if I’m beating the dead horse lol

platoday · · #14709

not received yesterdays payment yet.

deltasniper73 · · #14710

@platoday no one has, they are working out the incorrect share payments. i’m down 40% over the last two days

mycide · · #14711

between like 10.00-23.00 my earning was frozen, while machines running 100% we are all in the same boat, just wait for them to sort it out, they been manually correcting for us the last few days

UPSoft · · #14712

and where is correctiaon for the past day ?

deltasniper73 · · #14713

received yday LTC payment just now. down 25% of what i would have expected

UPSoft · · #14714

same thats why im asking

UPSoft · · #14715

also taday all the same

Steve Sokolowski · · #14716

I found a major issue that will require a restart

Steve Sokolowski · · #14717

or we may have to revert, I’m not sure

Steve Sokolowski · · #14718

merge mined blocks aren’t being recorded, which is part of the source of the problems

Steve Sokolowski · · #14719

expect a restart soon

Steve Sokolowski · · #14720

if the restart fails, we’ll revert and fix this during the weekend

Advanced1 · · #14721

Steve I propose you add on a 0.25% pool fee onto the existing fee to bring on full time assistance. That would help lessen the burden on you and Chris to concentrate on more important things. The pool will operate better ....you can add the sha pool ...income will increase. If the pool produces between 50k and 100k a day 0.25% could pay a subcontractor $750 to $1k a week easily. Just a thought. Id be happy to pay that fee.

mrgoldy · · #14722

that sounds reasonable to get things in working order even if just for a short term solution

BitterCondition · · #14723

Thanksd for the timely post Dteve..I was gonna add to the others that most of everyone that stayed here and haven’t moved over to another site have lower earnings.. I am down roughly 38% myself but after looking at a lot of other multipool sites you still have the best "candy store in town"... I know it ain’t easy trying to put out all the fires on a new bersion when you are the only guy holding the fort right now.. I think a reset to previous version is the way to go until your newer one has had a good beta test run...IMHO...

Steve Sokolowski · · #14724

ok, restarting now

Steve Sokolowski · · #14725

we got this problem, at least, fixed

pumaro · · #14726

Did you guys find anything wrong in the code?

Advanced1 · · #14727

I think its worth consideration. The pool has seen spectacular growth. One must embrace the growth and not try to wear all the hats. Hired guns can help get the pool ahead of growth and back on track as the most profitible pool as it was before the "growing pains". Steve its OK to pass on the costs of whatever help the pool requires .

S3KshuN8 · · #14728

I’ll give it another shot with the Titan...

FRISKIE · · #14729

May as well pay higher fees, would work out to less money than what’s being lost to poor performance

pumaro · · #14730

I guess the bottom line is you guys credit us correctly at the EOD so its all good

Steve Sokolowski · · #14731

it’s not a matter of paying the costs, it’s a matter of time to supervise the people

Steve Sokolowski · · #14732

yes, but now I’m having trouble accessing the website to validate the fix

Steve Sokolowski · · #14733

even if we wanted to make that decision today, it will be at least October before we can put everything in place and perform the interviews and so on

mycide · · #14734

yes nothing wants to load on the screen for me

FRISKIE · · #14735

Make the decision today then so that October arrives with you ready to begin interviews ;)

Steve Sokolowski · · #14736

we’re going to work out a decision matrix on the way to the eclipse on Aug 20

Steve Sokolowski · · #14737

and we’ll see what comes out

pumaro · · #14738

lets not overreact, i don’t think anyone lost any profit since they credit everyone at EOD. Let them fix the graphics in their own way

FRISKIE · · #14739

No need for complex decision trees and matrix to understand that 2 guys working part time is not working out. You need more help, or reduce scope of the project to something you can manage again.

mycide · · #14740

I’m sure they will figure this out, we just got to be patient, we getting spoiled here.

Steve Sokolowski · · #14741

but again, this is the top of a bubble, let’s see where we are after the next cryptocurrency crash

Steve Sokolowski · · #14742

you don’t make investment decisions at the top of a bubble

FRISKIE · · #14743

Seems like expanding scope to include X11 was the breaking point, since then you guys can’t keep up with the project requirements.

mycide · · #14746

hey, its their pool, their site, if ur not happy there is other pools, come on now whats with the attitude?

jabludud · · #14747

@Steve Sokolowski :  please revert back to 7th, that’s when everything was cool. I’m not moving my miner here until then.

Steve Sokolowski · · #14748

I don’t think we can revert

Steve Sokolowski · · #14749

first, we just fixed an issue

Steve Sokolowski · · #14750

second, if we did revert, the system would crash, given that more people have arrived since then

Steve Sokolowski · · #14751

maybe we should disable some accounts at random

mycide · · #14752

atm it seems earning page is blank and payouts been reseted blank.

jabludud · · #14753

@Steve Sokolowski :  yes, better having stable system and scale up later when you are ready to accept more hashing power. at least keep the existingu user with

mycide · · #14754

ouch i dont want to go back to litecoinpool again ^^

jabludud · · #14755

the system state on 6th and 7th was great, everything was working awesome, then I felt declining in earning so moved out NH until the matter short out first.

pumaro · · #14756

jabludud · · #14757

@mycide :  LOL :lol:

pumaro · · #14758

jabludud · · #14759

Let me try for 15 mins on PH see how it goes

Raab · · #14760

@ pumaro - do you have a controller for your L3’s?

pumaro · · #14761

i run them through MRR

pumaro · · #14762

use the awesome miner to monitor temps

mycide · · #14763

my payout page been reseted, and i cant seem to put them back int wont allow me to save, says i must input payout adress first, and all of them is put in.

S3KshuN8 · · #14764

shouldn’t Scrypt be over $0.10 most of the time?

pumaro · · #14765

Raab · · #14766

Mrr?

pumaro · · #14767

@Raab :  mining rig rentals

jabludud · · #14768

1 mins running $0.02, looking OK so far. let’s wait for 15 mins :)

Raab · · #14769

Just realised afterwards... Thought it might be screen shot confirmed. Mmm. I’m going on holiday in a week for 3 weeks and looking for a controller for my 2 incase they need to be reset or whatever...

mycide · · #14770

logged and backin, solved it, nvm.

platoday · · #14771

got paid for yesterday. Todays balance grossly low!

mycide · · #14772

yes we are expecting manual correction to be done, its been done for previous days so just sit tight.

jabludud · · #14773

looks like it is back to normal, ’for now’

UPSoft · · #14774

@Steve Sokolowski :when you correct balances for yday ?

platoday · · #14775

ok thanks for the update!

pumaro · · #14776

@Raab :  with MRR you can redirect the miners to whatever pool you want. If you want to change settings on your miner you could leave team viewer running on your home network so you can log in etc...

GregoryGHarding · · #14777

Steve Sokolowski wrote: maybe we should disable some accounts at random
care to elaborate?

jabludud · · #14778

reporting runs for 15 mins, and seems the earning back to normal as per profitability chart on the main page. gotta leave like this for few hours and see

jabludud · · #14779

@GregoryGHarding :  how is your miner and earning status?

GregoryGHarding · · #14780

currently not mining

jabludud · · #14781

you mean you moved out of PH or?

Steve Sokolowski · · #14782

ok, in much better shape now

Steve Sokolowski · · #14783

don’t think we have to revert

Steve Sokolowski · · #14784

fixed two bugs

Steve Sokolowski · · #14785

will monitor for more, Chris will fix shares

Steve Sokolowski · · #14786

going to eat now

GregoryGHarding · · #14787

enjoy steve, thanks

heavyduty2000 · · #14788

why are earnings so low today?

jabludud · · #14789

@Steve Sokolowski :  tnx buddy

jabludud · · #14790

can only tell in the last 40 mins or so, the earning seems fine.

Alextv1 · · #14791

The situation when it will be stabilized? And settled earnings accounts?

jabludud · · #14792

1 hour and 30 mins, earning seems fine, efficiency 100%, please not making any change, seriously. leave it stable for few days otherwise you start losing clients
