excelerator · Sat Sep 03, 2016 06:10 PM UTC · #19

Can’t connect to pools with either 3333 or 443?
Chris Sokolowski · Wed Sep 07, 2016 06:51 PM UTC · #29
Sorry about that. A bug caused the mining server to restart. I have increased user balances proportional to average hashrate during the preceding time.
Minerman · Wed Sep 07, 2016 09:30 PM UTC · #30
Thanks Chris! Good profit today!
Minerman · Fri Sep 09, 2016 03:05 PM UTC · #34
Is it just me or why is there no payout for yesterday or today?!
Minerman · Fri Sep 09, 2016 03:28 PM UTC · #35
I dont know what is wrong so I guess I have to change pool untill the payout is resolved.

dronKZ · Tue Sep 13, 2016 03:31 PM UTC · #41
right now, the pool work? I can not get to the site
Steve Sokolowski · Tue Sep 13, 2016 07:49 PM UTC · #42
Chris is investigating what happened with the website - it ran out of database connections for an hour. Mining was unaffected.
CritterDog · Thu Sep 15, 2016 07:14 PM UTC · #43
Oh wow wondered what this was!! LOL
excelerator · Sat Sep 24, 2016 03:22 PM UTC · #51
Site hash rate is approaching 2x from two weeks ago - what’s up? Peaked at 42GH this morning

excelerator wrote: Site hash rate is approaching 2x from two weeks ago - what’s up? Peaked at 42GH this morning It’s just Chris’s advertising, and I guess people like the site!

Cool - so it’s unrelated to the announcement about the potential increased hash rate coming at the end of the month?
Steve Sokolowski · Sat Sep 24, 2016 08:34 PM UTC · #54
yes - that’s not confirmed, but Chris is continuing to advertise at multiple forums every night
CritterDog · Mon Sep 26, 2016 05:01 AM UTC · #55

Pool reconnects? CritterDog · Wed Sep 28, 2016 02:51 AM UTC · #66
seems like it is working now. for me the whole top part where it shows the price per Mhs was blank and coins were not paying
Steve Sokolowski · Wed Sep 28, 2016 12:10 PM UTC · #67
it turns out that the WAMP server that publishes the data to the website had crashed, so Chris restarted it. No money was lost; it just stopped displaying for an hour.

How come the Dash threshold jumped so high at 1.73 Dash more then Bitcoin?
CritterDog · Thu Sep 29, 2016 12:48 AM UTC · #69
nevermind i see the mining fees have jumped on dash
Steve Sokolowski · Thu Sep 29, 2016 12:54 AM UTC · #70
Dash transaction fees are 25-60 cents
CritterDog · Thu Sep 29, 2016 01:11 AM UTC · #71
yeah I see that now.. I didn’t remember them being that much. Wonder why so high
Steve Sokolowski · Thu Sep 29, 2016 01:50 AM UTC · #72
I’m told that’s a mistake the developers made in the beginning, by hardcoding those fees
