Brief downtime early this week

There will be brief downtime of the mining servers only this week, as the new servers are finally projected to arrive on Monday or Tuesday - after two weeks of shipping time.
Since we're building an entire new server to replace the existing two mining servers, we don't need to take things offline for hours to replace components. Instead, there will be a few minutes of downtime while the routing rules are changed to route to the new servers. Chris will announce the exact time of the downtime tomorrow.
