We're not aware of any widespread payout issues. Since this issue requires personal information to investigate, please submit a support ticket and we'll be glad to assist!

Hi buddy, it happened with me too, it usually gets clears within 7 working days at least at my end. But if still no success try contacting the support via ticket or mail.

I did not receive BTC payout today as well. ETH worked. BTC not. Thks to have a look into

We're not aware of any times that payouts were delayed for everyone by 7 days. If your payouts are delayed, it's likely due to a specific issue with your account. You can troubleshoot that by looking at the blue bar at the top and fixing any issues that have been brought to your attention.
