compoundcoin not paying out

My compound coin keeps reaching payout date/time, going negative (like time to payout is -5:30xxxx) and then at some point it resets and starts over with the countdown from 24hrs again...going on a couple days now...any suggestions...I have my wallet address entered.....and coins are above payout minimums.

EDIT: Since I'm not getting any response I submitted a ticket for it - don't know if this needs to be set to closed or whatever...I'll just work through the ticketing system.
FINAL EDIT: Payout actually happened today - checked on the ticket and nobody had actioned it so I assume the system finally clicked ...but I've closed my ticket and I've turned off distribution for future payouts on that coin so I'm personally good, but clearly there's something wonky going on with something in the background there.
