HI,
I am new...Please help..will this work if I only want to mine DASH coin? Also how can I make it to pay only DASH instead of bitcoin by default.
sgminer.exe -k darkcoin-mod -o stratum+tcp://prohashing.com:3333 -u xxxx -p "a=x11 c=DASH" -I 14 --thread-concurrency 8192 -g 2 -w 64 --auto-fan --temp-cutoff 85 --temp-overheat 80 --temp-target 70
Thanks

you have to set the pool to earn dash only by adding it and setting it to 100% payout in your settings

But I want to make sure first the script is right. Is that right?

Yes that is right. But you don't have to mine for Dash, you only want payouts in dash right? You could only set x11

c: sets a static coin to mine to support that coin's network. When this argument is included, the miner will only mine the requested coin, and will not switch coins when the rest of the pool is directed to switch coins. To mine CHNcoins only, for example, use "c=chncoin." This argument is case-insensitive. The selected coin must be spelled exactly as those in the list of available coins on the "charts" page, and the coin must be listed as "running." If the mined coin is placed into an error state (for example, if the coin forks and mining temporarily stops), then the pool will disconnect the miner rather than assign it to a new coin. This behavior allows powerful ASICs to specify a backup pool for when their preferred coin is not available. When used in conjunction with the d= (static difficulty) argument, the coin's difficulty overrides the static miner difficulty when the coin's blocks are easier than the static miner difficulty.
my sgminer and darkcoin-mod knowledge are insufficient, but looks like a good startline, you could set an extra (n={workername}) in your pw field. I don't know about the stuff after your PW arguments, (but this is more of a miner/local problem you should sort out)
Did you work out the payment settings already?
