Maybe we can just hire someone to answer the tickets this weekend. I'll think about it and get back to everyone tomorrow.

The question is..Will that person have to ability to do something about the tickets rather than documenting "hey this person had this problem... etc". I hope you fare well in your choice. Much Luck!
