incorrect message from system

when changing thresholds the system sends an email stating the payout address has changed. this is incorrect as only the threshold was changed and not the payout address. it was pretty alarming the first time i changed my payout thresholds.

also, i created an account at the atlassian portal and tried to submit this there but it does not work. there is a field called description of issue that does not exist, i.e. no data entry field to put anything into.
