So I go to log into support to make a ticket and under sign up, "An account already exists for this email". When I try to use my account name and password that I use for Prohashing, it tells me that it's wrong. Also, I've been waiting all morning and I have yet to receive a password reset link even though I know my Prohasing password and account name.
The ticket site is it's own system. It uses your email as the username.
