Reduced support during the holiday week

During the holiday week, we'll be in "reduced support" mode, which means that there will be longer-than-normal ticket times. We are aware of multiple problems with the user interface, and issues with bitcoin payouts, which will be addressed after the holidays.

After the holidays are over, we also will begin the process of hiring an additional customer service representative.
