Live data server restarted

Hi everyone, Earlier tonight, the live data server crashed unexpectedly. When that server crashed, the pool was no longer receiving updated prices from exchanges, and after 30 minutes of no new prices, all miners were automatically disconnected. I have restarted that server, and all services are bac...

Re: Can no longer get to regular support ticket site

I just experimented with creating a new account and resetting the password - it all worked for me. The support system's "username" is an email address. Are you sure that you're using the email address you used to register and not your Prohashing username when logging into the support system?

Re: IOST address problem

I apologize for the frustration. The website was still validating IOST addresses as if it were an Ethereum token, which is why you couldn't enter one of the new chain addresses. I have fixed this and you now should be able to enter the new address. Please let me know whether it works now.

Re: Known issue with bitcoin earnings

I have finally traced down the error to an invalid bitcoin price row in our database. I don't know what component is inserting the bad row, but I have implemented a workaround so that bitcoins are able to be earned again. I realize that this error caused many people to earn coins that they did not w...

Re: Comcast connectivity issue identified

Yeah, Comcast seems to have fixed the issue and everything is back online. We pay for enterprise service, and it's amazing how much easier it is to work with their enterprise support is compared to their "business" support. With their "business" support, it would have taken a hou...

Re: Fix for some Monero miners

I just deployed Vance's changes and restarted the mining server. Let us know how they work. What was the response the pool was sending back to the miner causing it to disconnect like that? From what Steve told me, it was a large amount of text that caused the client to get overloaded when parsing it.
