Re: Testing new support method

If we have an open ticket under the old Jira system that we are still waiting for a response on, will that still work or do we need to make a new support request via one of the new channels, such as Facebook Message? My ticket is waiting for Chris to check on an issue regarding donations and I haven...

Re: Monero Pool showing no connection

In my experience, when I get net errors, "End of File" etc., it has always come down to my configuration settings for that program. I've used both XMRig (starting 6.12) and SRBMiner 0.7.9 and both hash away quite happily on this pool but that was only after I got the settings right. Usuall...

Re: Mining with a really low end gpu?

Most algorithms are gonna require way more computing power than what your laptop's GPU can handle even at minimum difficulty and it's only going to get worse, unfortunately. My recommendation is to either a) try Ethash-LowMemory (be sure to set the l= argument to the amount of graphics memory you h...

Re: Getting an error while mining ETH

ETCHash is having the same issue on both of my GPUs for the past 48hrs or so. Didn't catch it until late last night but none of my troubleshooting has yielded any success. Gonna submit a ticket and hope it's a simple fix on their end.

Re: Charity/Tips payout

Documentation says payout occurs when a donation/tip reaches $10, but I too would appreciate knowing for sure since if that's true then the payout threshold is either wrong or pointlessly high. On a related note, does it list donations as one payout item and then Bitcoin as another, separate payout ...

Attempting to Utilize XMRig Proxy Server

Has anyone here had any success using the XMRig Proxy Server to unify your Monero miner connections to Prohashing? With two XMRig miners doing about 10KH/s and a third one coming online as soon as the new processor comes, I am considering utilizing the developer's proxy server to reduce complexity a...

Re: 3 Miners

Yes, in fact it's encouraged to help with stat tracking on the dashboard. The -u argument is your username on Prohashing so the server knows which account you're working with and should be the same across all miners. The n= argument in the "-p" (password) argument is what the dashboard loo...

Re: Gminer equihash help please

I thought I'd give equihash a go to see if it was more profitable than ethash. I've got gminer going, the output shows jobs being processed and a Sol/s value, and the GPU fan spins up, but I don't get any shares. I'm using an 8GB RX580. The worker shows up in the dashboard but after a minute or so,...
