Release tomorrow

Tomorrow morning, we will be issuing a new system release. The purpose of this release is to enable equihash<125,4> mining, with Zelcash being the first coin available on that algorithm.

We expect five minutes of downtime to reconfigure the system to accept this new algorithm.

Could you post the name of the escrow service for these miners, since you don't accept PayPal?

Why I no longer buy Huel

Although I only first purchased Huel in July 2018, I've come to rely on it for a majority of my nutrition. In fact, at the time, Huel was the best product I had ever purchased. Given that, it may be surprising to learn that I decided to stop buying from Huel. The company has made a number of mistake...

Re: Exchanges went into error last night

After some investigation, I determined the general cause of the problem. We added the concept of a "price timeout," where if it takes too long for a single HTTP operation to an exchange to complete, the market is placed into error and the next price is queried. There is also existing code where the ...

The forum rules require that you post the name of the escrow company for the 30% fee, or your PayPal account address. Could you post those?

Exchanges went into error last night

Last night, all exchanges went into error for an unknown reason. The system responded as designed to the lack of prices and miners who were mining the algorithms that did not have prices.

We're investigating the cause of the issue and will report when we know more.

Re: Question with ProHash and password arguments?

I have a dedicated LTC miner and from reading on the website, you have to use a password arguments. I'm not exactly sure which to use as I really want to mine LTC mainly. Whatever argument I picked has my miner WAY more hashing than advertised, and am NOT complaining about. Curious as to what other...

System downtime earlier today; breakthrough in tickets

The system went offline earlier today for an hour, and was operating suboptimally for two days prior. One week ago, we noticed that the orphan rates for ethash coins were always close to zero percent, because uncled blocks were being counted as full-credit blocks. The problem caused ethash miners to...

Can you at least disconnect all miners because they are still hashing
Unfortunately, the mining server doesn't yet have the capability to do that. We're looking into the issue as quickly as possible, though.
