Hello,
I don't see any issues with Zelcash right now. My suspicion is that some of the blocks occasionally have data that our mining server cannot decode, and that causes the coin to go into error. I am logging more information now, but resolving this problem will take time.

Re: BCH fork plans
Updates on the BCH fork: Going forward, "BitcoinCash" is the BitcoinCash Node fork, and later today we will add a new coin named "BitcoinCashABC" and credit users for their pre-fork BitcoinCash balances. BitcoinCash (node) payouts are now re-enabled. All BitcoinCash and BitcoinCashABC wallet address...

Re: MTP mining offline for a longer period of time
A quick update on MTP and Zcoin: The mining server issue was fixed by updating the Zcoin client to the latest version (released yesterday). However, now all exchanges (Binance, Bittrex, and Livecoin) have locked their wallets, so we have no place to sell our coins and Zcoin is in error due to having...

Re: What's up with Blastcoin & why do we mine it?
Even though the live found blocks is showing all the blastcoin blocks as orphaned, I confirmed that this is a display issue and they are successfully being submitted to the network and credited to miners. You can see that in the "live coin status": if all the blocks were orphaned, then the orphan ra...

Hi,
I would be happy to investigate this issue. I just need you to submit a support ticket with your Prohashing username and then I will look into all these issues with Digibyte and make sure you get the money you deserve.
Thanks,
-Chris Sokolowski

Re: Dual PoW-PoS Coins
The pool already has lots of hybrid POW/POS coins available for mining. The reason we don't have Zcoin and SPDR is because they each use mining algorithms unique to themselves. We would need to code these algorithms into the pool, which takes a lot of work, and many times the algorithm is not well d...

Live data server restarted
Hi everyone, Earlier tonight, the live data server crashed unexpectedly. When that server crashed, the pool was no longer receiving updated prices from exchanges, and after 30 minutes of no new prices, all miners were automatically disconnected. I have restarted that server, and all services are bac...

Re: Can no longer get to regular support ticket site
I just experimented with creating a new account and resetting the password - it all worked for me.
The support system's "username" is an email address. Are you sure that you're using the email address you used to register and not your Prohashing username when logging into the support system?

This issue is fixed. I had to force downgrade a package.
